God, everything about him screams Bond villain. His voice, his looks and the way he touches his hand (either damaged or replaced with cybernetics).

He is exactly how you imagine a concentration camp doctor from WW2..

Since the start of season 2, I’d felt that a big issue holding the Bad Batch back was its lack of a solid primary antagonist (as Rampart wasn’t qualified), but this doctor has potential

"I am not especially motivated to continue my work after the Empire destroyed my civilisation." Speaks to the delusion of the Empire in it expecting people to keep working for it without complaint after what it's done to them. Case in point with Alderaan; Alderaanians in Imperial service were expected (and bluntly told) to keep serving the Empire loyally despite having just destroyed their entire planet and probably everyone they ever knew. Unsurprisingly, not many found that convincing.

Nala Se obviously knows that Palpatine seeks to achieve immortality through cloning. That is what Doctor Hemlock meant by "the Emperor's purpose". Clearly, all those labs and facilities on Exegol originated here in Tantiss. Whatever else is going on in Tantiss will eventually find its way to Exegol. That means Supreme Leader Snoke, Rey's father, and Palpatine's clone body can all trace their origins to Tantiss.

I give nala se credit for guts she was right by not working for the empire they destroyed her home on kamino

Royce is calm, calculative and patient, he is quite remorseless when the time comes to torture people even Nala to the point of life and death to serve Sheev Sidious and others in the Empire.

Man this voice actor is so good at being creepy, I wonder who- *Discovers it’s Liam McPoyle*- Ah, that explains it.

When I first this character's voice, I thought it was Troy Baker for a moment. Which is funny because this episode came out the same day the Mandalorian Season 3 which has Pedro Pascal and they both played Joel in the Last of Us.

The music at the start of this scene (which is consistent throughout all of hemlock’s appearances) is the same music used in a lot of the armorers appearances (for example in mandolorian s3 e5 at 32:08) I don’t know what this means, but my theory is that either omega or (spoilers) her sister is the armorer (since they are both technically mandolorians)

I'm pretty sure that nala se is thinking that she has some very deep regrets about letting darth sidious get what he wants after the whole order 66 crisis but it's both nala se and lama su fault for letting the republic and the Jedi order fall apart and not to mention that it's nala se fault for getting fives drugged to prevent him from stopping order 66 crisis knowing that fives could have saved both the republic and the Jedi order from destruction and make the galaxy a better place for everyone if it wasn't for Nala se big mistake but you know what if she would have known that the empire were gonna take things way to far from order 66 then she should have never have drugged fives and let him save both the republic and the Jedi order and let the clone wars have a great and very happy ending since we all know that both the Republic and the Jedi order would have kept the galaxy save from harm and letting it live in peace and freedom and full of harmony to everyone filled with love and joy and not put it to ruins like the empire did but maybe it will teach her a lesson like you should found out if your working with the right people and not the corrupted kind of people that might be pure evil like the sith Lord Darth sidious so hopefully she will realize that and find a way to make the empire pay for what they did on her home world of kamino when the bad batch season 3 is ready to come out full of action adventures and some more excitement on the way in the bad batch season 3.

You know, allowing a person whose civilisation you just obliterated to work on your new clone body seems a tad...unwise? Guess that's the real reason Palpy's clone bodies were all falling apart in Rise of Skywalker.
