Hello, do international or foreign medical graduates have a good chance to do internal medicine or surgery residency/specialty training in Ireland after MRCP and MRCS exams in Ireland?

Its very difficult to comment on this topic as there are lot of elements at play here. To answer that I would need more info from you. But In short stand alone Reg posts are readily available if u meet the criteria but training posts are highly competitive.

Pakistani internship is recognized in Ireland, you do not need to give additional exams, u can apply with just needing ielts.
