Medical memes or Doctor Memes are a great way to get a laugh whether or not you are part of the medical community. I think that they are incredibly relatable as you can catch the humor even as a patient. I will say that some of the memes can be dark and if taken out of context can even seem offensive BUT we need to understand that this is medical satire. Being able to laugh at ourselves and our troubles is a healthy habit to practice.
I really enjoy reacting to these memes and I know that there are millions more out there that are as funny. I meditate. Most often I hear the sounds of the machine through ear plugs and it pulses like a Berlin nightclub. But I have fallen asleep once. I've never seen the inside of one because my eyes are closed the second my head is in place. I figured I'd get claustrophobia.

My dad's dermatologist was so concerned for cancer from sun exposure she became OCD about it. She slopped on so much sun block, wore big hats, long sleeves, and gloves all year (lived in a subtropical climate). She went completely crazy, lost her license, and ended up with skin cancer from the sunblock.

Dr. Mike, I love your channel. Speaking of MRI's every time I get one they always want to pipe the music into the headphones so the noise won't be as annoying. I tell them no music because I love to hear all the strange & loud noises. I always fall asleep in them.. They didn't believe me at first until they had to wake me up every time. They said it was a first for them. I said not for me. Lol
