I actually looked up the interview with the writer and he confirmed the opposite. He keeps it vague but he says he was in there for a very very long time. Far more than a couple minutes
The fact that Dr strange is so strong now but was just an absolute rookie at the beginning of drstrange1 is due to the very long time spent in practice of magic and failing again and again in the bargain with dormammu. Yanni has got it right this time.
So it's not JUST dream walking that causes incursions? It's gonna be at least a decade before we seen the conclusion of what clea wanted. I mean it's been 6-8yrs since the first movie
Ya I think it’s going to be anything that involves a universe being affected by another. So No Way Home could affect things too. Ya I expect the full culmination of the new saga to be in late 2020s to early 2030s
What about the end of Loki? Why hasn't that caused anything yet? Any entire show about the multiverse and ending with it being messed up, just for Dr Strange to be the cause here? 🤔 I'm confused. Where does the timeline of "Loki" fit in there?
Another thing to keep in mind is that dormameu is a celestial being in a dimension where time has no bearing so he was literally there repeating time so long that even a timeless being grew tired, exhausted, and defeated. Just think about that. That can easily surpass even 10k years. So Dr Strange is insanely skilled in the mystic arts

@@QuantumFishFTW gotcha, after typing that I saw where Kevin Feige said this publicaly. Apparently that's why the spell went wrong in Spiderman: NWH. I'm curious about this "incursion" tho and if it'll take Dr Strange 3 to show it, but being nearly ever new movie is involving multiverse (assuming quantum realm will be similar) then it's likely a build up to the Kang Storyline. Guess it's gonna be like the original MCU with a large roster of solo movies before another Avengers movie tho, but when it happens, it'll be a Huuuuuge team. Btw, kind of three me off to see America Chavez has the blue fist punch and then see the Ms Marvel trailer and see an almost identical punch ability (blue glow and all like Captain Marvel) but is America Chavez of the same descent?
