Doctor TOTALLY DESTROYS Vitamin E Cream! 

Vitamin E has been a life saver for me. He says that studies show there is no effect when it comes to use on the skin. My personal experience (and that of many others) says very differently. I have had eczema for most of my life and vitamin E overnight healed one of my worst bouts. I challenge his take on this in a big way.

im not sure abt this episode, cuz ive been using vit e cream for years now, it relief my skin irritation, as much as a skin brightening ingredients, plus keep my skin supple with no excessive oil buildup, its my go to product for any skin issues...if you ask for a fast result, dont use vit e, but if u want a slowly but surely anti aging product, vit e is my answer.

It would be very helpful for you to put your references to the clinical studies in the description for us to read as well.

I use vitamin e (600mg) with argan oil for my nighttime routine as a face massage. My skin become better and smoother

I truly agree with this. I have sensitive skin and i used vit e moisturiser before. After a month, I stop using it because my skin feel so irritated 👀 and it’s so hard for a student to keep vit c refrigerated 🤭. Ngl i feel jealous on people who have a great experience with vit e. But it’s better to know what your face want 💪🏼

Hey doc,can i mix the green one with aloe vera gel or face oil or any hydrating serum??? Cause I just tried mixing it with aloe vera gel and it feels hydrated,cooling and also soothing to my skin also it can blend easily when I apply it to my skin

I use vitamin E oil from the capsules on my scar from an accident. It does help alot, it is starting to fade. Don't expect it work overnight, consistency will get you results. I sometimes mix it with coco butter.

So, I understand that you're saying it doesn't work, however, I was using it along with ti tree essential oil and it helped my skin tremendously. I've used ti tree essential oil on it's own- for it's anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties - and it didn't have the same effect. I used vitamin e with rose essential oils for it's hydrating properties and then used it with sweet almond oil - and the former was better for my skin. So I'm not debunking your theory, but I am disagreeing with you because it really did help my skin alot.

Thank you for your suggestion..I'd buy that one..But can't use it because it too sticky and prefer 1000iu than that one..Now I'm prefer to use water based face lotion as moisturiser rather than cream because it's comedogenic

I develop horrible dermatitis with contact with Vitamin E. The last time it was a lip gloss that seemed really lovely. I used it twice and within a few days my face swelled up so bad my eyes almost swelled SHUT! I had to go on steroids and it took 4 weeks before I looked anything like normal again.;

I m an Asian 44 year old with the fairest skin u can imagine. I m pale without a touch of yellow I was not allowed to be popped squeezed, even upper lip wax took skin off. I do have a bit of freckles not melasma but I like it. Caroline Hirons, Nadine, all of them are my skin hero's. I have been using acids when I tried a facial esthetician who is into acids, the difference in my skin wow. It's not hard to do yourself and as I grew older I even partnered in her salon. I was using vitamin c serum 15percent on eyes at age 19. If u see my father Not a wrinkle at 79. Try this brand Yeouth. They have this 60ml serum of both vitamins C and E. It's affordable and use it in the morning u can do no wrong like the doctor said a combination of both is excellent. Oh I do use vitamin e wen my skin us dehydrated, weather change , air planes. Body shop the toner plus the mask, I don't apply the oil on face, body OK. When oil on face keep it Rose hip, Calendula, Marula, jojoba, coconut can't be applied to face too oily it's for hair body. Oh latest is Squalene oil. Take care. Sunblock no 15 just won't do no more, 50 to 75. Tip if u end up sweating all your sunblock off coz I live in Hong Kong so hot. Go into a cosmetic store, drug store, and as for the sunblock section. Apply as if testing and it works. Plus if u put sunblock water proof sweat proof. U must double cleanse yup. I use an Oil u must wash off the sunblock first. Den scrub, peel, wash another's the round. I have great skin I gate to say this, simple don't wear make up. I just don't like it, coz I'm o.c.d. clean. Simple money does pay off no Botox no way. I'm 44 I got my face lasered, no freckles lines for I hope for life. I get my eyelash done 3D, so no mascara, Don't style it hair crimp bleach die. I look good Coz I don't pile up chemicals on my face. Simple brow brush clear mascara. Bit F concealer, I wear bb cream I mean nowadays people r make up maniacs. I use bit of cream blush and lip gloss done. If it's night den u need to wear base spray the works wat for its dark in pubs who will see. Plus nails how can people do things with these art of hair make up nails. I keep them manicured short and simple. Make up has things in them hey humans r not born to put things on. Right.
