Actually I'm partial to the next 50 years. Although the decision to cast a sentient toaster to play The Doctor felt like they were ripping off Red Dwarf, but after the merger, when it was revealed Red Dwarf was actually a fever dream had by the 67 1/2 Doctor is made so much more sense.

@@TheGreyTurtleEntertainment Eh, I’m not so sure about that but the 50 years afterwards was pretty good, especially the 130th anniversary with all 87 doctors added in with painstaking CGI. The 67th Doctor wasn’t my favourite but the 83rd Doctor was great. I mean, how amazingly was it great after all these years… they finally let an American play the Doctor

WHATS THE MIDDLE 8?

@@definitelyaturtle3650 The middle 8, or "the bridge" - the middle 8 bars of a song, which in music is often where a second theme (theme here meaning a tune or melody, not, like "theme music from a tv show") is introduced to contrast the standard theme. In the Doctor Who theme, the "oooh-aaa-oooh, eee-ooh-ooh" is the standard theme and the middle eight is the much brighter-sounding part where it goes "Da DAAAAH! Da day DAH dah-dah-dah!" Some versions of the Doctor Who theme leave the middle 8 out, which is a shame, because it's rad and completes the song imo.
