The scene from doctor who confidential about the doctor and his fez in episode 13 the big bang. (out of time). It seems like matt smith really likes his fez :P I couldn't find this on youtube, so I decided to upload it.
Ruairi Wright it's 7:22am and I haven't even gone to bed yet. My mom won't be very happy when I tell her I stayed up watching a Doctor Who confidential about Fez.
Is it just me or can anyone else see the Doctor landing the TARDIS at Disney World/Disneyland, stealing a fez from a walk-around Aladdin and then jetting off?
I don't think we can agree on that xD He's MY personal doctor but a lot of people think the others are better. And they are valid. I don't think any doctor has really been bad so far.
"If we put Matt in a fez, Matt will never take the fez off. He will want to wear the fez for the whole of the next series. It will be glued to his head." I loved it when Beth Willis said that. One, because it was definite that Matt would be doing a second series. And two, because it gave us a hint that the Doctor would wear a fez again in the future. That's one very good reason to watch the 50th anniversary special "The Day of the Doctor". Although didn't he wear a fez in a few mini episodes before "The Day of the Doctor"? Of course this wasn't the first time a fez had appeared in Doctor Who. A fez first appeared on the show in the 1967 serial "The Evil of the Daleks", the 1975 serial "Pyramids of Mars" and the serial "Silver Nemesis" in 1988 (the year I was born).
I never noticed before the Confidential gave me the same take from different POVs repeatedly, but River gives Amy a look like "Mum, really, a fez, help me here."
Matt doesn't even have to act to be doctor who...he just plays himself...poor poor Matt and his fezz...he really can pull off the fez...I wouldn't be surprised to see him walking down the street with a fez on
Matt Smith was the first new Doctor I saw after I started watching Doctor Who. David Tennant had already been the current Doctor for two years when I became a Whovian in 2007.

Is it wrong that Karen got that much hotter when she put the fez on? Also, who else wanted him to have his hair still sticking out of it during the 50th?
"No, because see, I've got a cunning plan. The second's Matt's got the fez, I'm going to kill the fez." Funny how Moffat said the exact same thing about basically every single character in almost all of the episodes he writes.
"As soon as he's got the fez, I'm gonna kill the fez!" Epic win. It's the first time one of his Companions actually did something about the Doctor's nonexistant fashion sense. Peri did complain a lot, but never actually DID anything against it, and neither did Rose tough she seemed to have more of a problem with Nine's simple jumpers than she had with Ten's crazy suit/coat/trainers monster. Amy and River moving as a single unit is also impossibly funny as well as Rory's expression XD

Aww he looks so cute with the fez. :3 And I love how they talk about him like hes a child. 'He will not take it off. He will wear it in his normal clothes.' XD
Hold on, is the song that's playing when they're showing the montage of different shots of the fez being thrown, saying "No, I'm never gonna do it without the fez on, no." How appropriate... I can't believe they actually found a song that says that though xD
The Fez is referencing the 7th Doctor wearing the same in the episode "Silver Nemesis". The Doctor and Ace are in the basement of Windsor Castle. He's wearing the Fez as he wanders around, goes behind some bric-a-brac and then you see Ace wearing the Fez.

I have to laugh because I did an opera where I played a Turkish guard which meant we had to wear a fez. After the show, I went out and bought one of my own. Lately, it only sees holiday use trimmed out in lights as my "fez-tive" hat but trust me, it might make a more recurrent showing.
Lol I love that they actually have an entire 3 minutes and a bit of Doctor Who ZConfidential all dedicated to the fez.... XD (may it rest in peace in fez heaven...)
