My favourite line from this episode was "You defile the sacred legacy of my forebears." "You look nothing like Four Bears"

I feel so bad for the Doctor. There are so many new and dangerous things and she is just like "i'm fine, tardis's fine, we're all fine" and tries to solve the problems that are falling on her one by one or even some of them together. And I really, really, really liked Dan and the Dog (I can't remember his name), like really. When the Dog first saw the Doctor and said tyredly "oh, come on"... I liked him sooo much.

Fantastic episode and so much to try and fit together! Can’t wait for next week!!

I watched this with subtitles on and when she used the Scottish accent they read first as Twelfth and then Seventh Doctor’s accent.😊

I enjoyed this - so many different sci fi ideas and plots and styles crammed into the one episode should not have worked, but it felt like quite an imaginative adventure as a result - proper whacky, inventive, epic, rolicking doctor who. I still dont love Chibnals writing (his character stuff is still underwhelming and bland, and the exposition in his dialogue is totally unnecessary at times), but I do admire the epic ambition, production values and music of his era, never more before than here. I really do like Jodie as well - but i just wish for once he wrote her as more than just a fast paces exposition machine. she does that doctory stuff really well, but sometimes it seems like its all she has to do.

I'm guessing that Dan's "An old mate had one of these" line wasn't just a throwaway joke.

When I got done watching last night I hoped somebody'd gotten the license plate number of that episode. That was a lot to take in in an hour and a half! But I'm intrigued and Chibnall hasn't gotten me this intrigued by his work since he introduced the Fugitive Doctor, and I'm sure she ties into all this somehow.

I have had a huge distaste for Series 11 and 12, I've felt like the companions were just obedient pets with no personality. Seeing Yaz actually stepping up and questioning the doctor is great.

I've seen the episode 2 times, and i love how dan wiggles the dog's nose. I really like Dan, and love how Yaz and the Doctor's chemistry has improved since last season. My wife decided she would watch with me, although she is not a fan. When Claire said the long way home line, I literally yelled out freaking angles. my wife was confused af, so I had to pause to explain them once they appeared.

Wow, I didn’t realize it started today!

My Mom & I saw this on our DVR yesterday & loved it! One of the highlights for me was the dog soldier who captures Bishop. Reminds me of Barf from "Spaceballs". A strong start to the season, as well as very creative & imaginative. Can't wait to see where it goes next.

I think that the Flux thing really are the Ravegers. I saw them just like that in my mind during the 9th Doctor audio with the same name Ravegers.

I actually think we saw two Claires the one that got sent back was the younger version and the one that was talking to The Doctor and Yaz was her after the Weeping Angels took her, because she did say she took "the long way around" and when she talked about Halloween it sound to me like she remembered it happen on that night.

So essentially the Swarm was the division doctors version of the master.

It will be that they are, and or will be from, hence the division, are from the division, the Timeless child, the life, a time war before what we know, simple from same universe. He fougt The Doctor during that war and lost, obvisouly.

I cried during this entire episode! Men's best friend! And they killed everyone we know in the universe! I knew they wanted an excuse to get the Doctor to her original universe and explore it! But I didn't knew they were going to completely erase everything we knew and start from zero!!!! T.T

Dan's house must be like a TARDIS because where did his kitchen door come from? His house is a semi-attached. Where the door is should be a wall. I say that because the wall to the neighbour's toilet got shrunk with the house.

Much better than last 2 seasons, maybe on par with filler episode from the previous 2 showrunners.... better though... if he'd started 2 seasons ago like this maybe he could have built on it...

This series is make or break for me personally, if this isn't good, I think my time with Doctor Who is over, however this was a very strong start, felt completely different to the past few seasons!

Flux. Lowest overnight rating ever... for a reason.

It was a mess. I liked some of Chibnall's episodes but this introduced too many people, and too many enemies and storylines. On top of the existing storylines that need to be resolved. Would you viewers really want to see the 2nd episode after watching this?

A dog in a space suit. a story line that was difficult to follow. I really wanted to like this but is was trash. My only hope is that Russel T Davis can save this show, Ive been following Doctor who since I was a child and the William Hartnell era. Like it or not this epesode had the worst viewing figures EVER. Jodie is fine but the stories she has to work with are just dreadfull. Yes it has to please the woke police but its now aimed at younger viewers where once upon a time it was something that the whole family would watch together. If the show is to survive, it needs to bring eveyone together. Old fans and new....
