A three-judge Bench headed by Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud heard the case and saw the CBI status report over the investigation conducted so far in the case.

Why the case is being sidelined? Why don’t the court focus on injustice done to female doctor first? It has been over a month and nothing has done yet. Punish the culprits first and the doctors will join their duties.

Supreme Court is overseeing the progress of the cbi investigation which is still on and cbi is yet to submit the final report so they can't discuss that here . Also this is not a trial court. Trial for the crime will happen in Sealdah court and Supreme Court will ensure it is moving as expected

CJ - please think that your daughter will be working RGKAR from tomm., and see the lapses and open promises. Act so that our daughters will be properly protected. A third party certified security agency to protect? Ask CISF to send their team.

Agree, Correct, Yes milard, we are working towards it, have all CCTVs in place, we are also concerned of security to lady doctors, we have agreed to all demands of Jnr doctors, will touch your feet, you are GOD milard, I will do side-roll in temples if you ask me to...sick of hearing these nonsense words from Sibal. It is so sick to see Sibal gapping at CJI with his mouth open like a fish. He is representing a state government which is as corrupt and sick as him. GOD help the citizens of WB in coming years and bring back the glory it once had in India.

Supreme Court don't have any problem when CONTRACTUAL Agniveers are inducted to save the country from external attack. But the same Supreme court is showing its concern about contractual security staff engaged in West Bengal for security in Hospital. Lawyers defending shall have better communication system, that's where Sibal is getting adv. Speak only when Justice is ready to listen, speak one at a times,respond one at a time. Defending lawyers getting emotional , relax and use wise words, do not repeat. The young lady lawyer is very clear, elderly one is emotional. For one year insist for CISF staff, ask first rather then same type of security personnel deployment which is insecure. Also those will be Govt party volunteers stamped /verified by third party security agencies who will be definitely hands in glove with criminals. Our daughters need better protection and I am surprised as Supreme court is allowing it to repeat same story. What the elder Lawyer is saying is those gangs of administrative and supporting doctors are still there known clearly to junior doctors,thats what their fear as they have to bear them everyday. Need to clean admin and ghosh supporters and foul players in all hospitals. State or Supreme court shall take corrective actions and not get in to trap of logical discussions. Also she stated that 3 associations/bodies plus health department shall conduct audits, take complaints (confidential too, otherwise they will fail doctors or reject thesis as they did with that unfortunate daughter). Dirt shall be cleaned and need Seshan here, make sure action/audit/cleaning is done.

This person and his team is interested only to churn out the money from the criminals and has good experience of twisting all the facts to his interest and is habitual of winning also that's why such a big confidence relies. But now the hearing has started going on live so there are so many viewers watching and many a times they are the best on giving out the various clues to trap this justice juggler.
