Sir can we tell in the interview about previous company experience of a dispute as if don't get any document from that company. I have worked in one company they have hired me as HR analyst but expecting me to do sales survey which was not possible for me so I gave a chance to my manger to say that if you want you can resign so I resigned then my manager gave acceptance and didn't ask me to serve notice period and there was one policy " Bring your own device" So I used to work in my personal laptop as she asked me too purchase it and when I resigned so I deleted the company data which was provided by my manager like formate of HR forms and handbook. I deleted those documents as well. and When I started follow up for my fnf she said you absconded you didn't serve a notice period you breach the data which was not true she said these sentences to every person who leave the company. They never kept CCTV in their office. She gave acceptance on my resignation after 2 3 month she was asking me serve notice period. So should I share this experience in interview. I left company in 2 months
Sir I want help, I have received an offer from Artmac software LLc Hyderabad,after clearing interview, they have provided me offer letter and onboarding documents requirements, now problem is that their office address is a residential home apartment address when I checked on Google ,is it a fake company?? Or how should I confirm?
Maybe thats was a new online startup and they are at their initial stage of business. Just checkin if there is any other employees working on or check their history. And when you start your job, then start with all employee agreements and documentions. Thats it.
