Folks read it is only for people married to us. Citizen only and living here over 10 years, if you was previously deported or divorced you will not qualify and your sister,brothers either only for United States citizens spouse husband or wife that lives here over 10 years and married before June 17 2024 if you married after that date unfortunately you will not qualified for it sorry hope they post it in different languages because people are getting confused the lawyer she was clear on previous videos

My wife already has her I-601A Waiver in the pipeline….i have already spent a lot of money for this….should she apply for PiP too? I’m citizen and she’s been here more than 10 years…although will be hard to prove that. Thank you for keeping everyone updated on this issue!!

Freedom now freedom now, PIP set only for spouses interred illegally and stay 10 years or more inside USA but to be fair the parole should be for the sons and daughters and brothers and sisters of citizens if they stay inside USA for 10 years or more too and they have to apply for green card without leaving they ar family members too ,so time is critical and the action should be now.

Me and my wife been divorced at the court but have not applied yet for the divorce certificate yet at the registry but I still have the my marriage certificate

Will my wife’s pregnancies work? Our children’s were born 2011-2013-2021. We do have some online order receipts, internet bill and some other contracts such as car loan, personal loan etc. She also applied for her TVDL in 2016 and she kept renewing it and is currently current

My husband he was deported to Guatemala in 2012 then Me and my husband got married in Guatemala on February 2014 I am a born united states citizen. He's from Guatemala. We really didn't have means to support ourselves and wait for immigration over there so March is when I reentered the usa and then he followed me crossing the border illegally. He was here by April. We have 5 boys together. He has no criminal records. And he's been trying to keep under the radar in fear of deportation. But he does have a Washington State driver's license. We can prove we were here before June 2024 by letters from our church organization. But what else can I get together to prove he was here before? Also we are only married in Guatemala so I'm thinking it's still legal in usa 😂Thanks for your time.

Because stepchildren qualify to get their residency status in the same application. It’s for spouses and stepchildren . Obviously they have no legal status unless they’re under daca or have been adopted by the U.S. citizen stepparent.

To my understanding, this program is only for those who entered the country illegally. This means if you were admitted or came in with a visa then went out of status, then you are disqualified. Is this correct?? Please help us understand. Thanks

No, it is incorrect If you went out of a visa, that means you don't have lawful status anymore, and the pip is for unlawful married ppl to us citizens

This is for not more than 10000 persons. There is no need for publicity on this. If it cover anyone from 2020, it will make sense. I have different immigration issue. Passing laws that goes back 10 yrs don’t help people. This is just a big pay game. To show they are working or helping when why are not. Why go back to 10yrs. How many persons will be married for 10yrs ago just this thing. Not more than 10-20000 persons including children

No, it’s not MARRIED for 10yrs. It’s residing in the US for 10yrs. You have to be married before the date when they announced the law which was June 17, 2024, if I’m not mistaken. So you could have been living here for 10yrs and got married last year, so you qualify.

@@rathalostitanXII thank you for the update. But this immigration thing fell apart badly during covid 19. Why are they afraid to start from covid 19 time or 2019 0or 2020. It will make more sense that becuz of the hardship family or people face that time, they are doing this. And like you said, again, this is just for people married to usa citizen. Not for those not married to us citizens. Even if they say for all. I had been here for 8-9yrs now and I will not even try to think about this becuz the yrs cut me off for 10yrs. Again this is for only people married to us citizen and or been in the USA for 10yrs and married before the announcement date to a usa citizen.
