I have a pdf document that contains a wrap text field that I uploaded to DocuSign. When the document is sent via DocuSign, it allows the signor to populate the text field, but the text field in DocuSign will not wrap. I checked "Fixed Width" based on some websites and that does not work. I saw one place that DocuSign will not allow a text box field to wrap. My question is two-fold, can a text be wrapped in DocuSign, if not, what is the most efficient way to allow my signor more text space if the one line is not enough?
Is there a way to program fields that require a phone number to be entered so when they type in their phone number it only puts it in as a phone number format? Similar to the way a PDF form filed file is?
Is there a way to change the order that the fields choices are displayed on the left? For example, I'd like to bring Name up and underneath Signature. I rarely use Initial, so I'd like to move that choice down. Can this be done?
When creating a questionnaire, is there a way to trigger something to let the sender know if the DocuSigner answers "no" to one of the questionnaire questions?
Hi Sofian, it's a great video. Thanks! But, I've a question. Can a rule be applied that if a condition is met, a text is added and if it is not met, it doesn't appear in the document? thank you so much!!!
@@Solusign field 1 placed at two places when data gets populated from api field 1 at one place gets populated second one is empty although its same field dragged and dropped twice
@avinashsingh9089. Check the data replication scope in signing settings to see if it’s set to “document or envelope” If you can’t see the setting, then it’s a bug. To fix it, just change the data labels so they’re different eg field_1; field _2 and map both of these to the same source
Thank you SO MUCH for uploading these videos! I am 58 and unfamiliar with a lot of technology. I need this for a job. You did a great job of explaining this!!!
