Another day, another huge customization project in the books. When someone mentions a Dodge Challenger, most instantly think big loud muscle cars. Well, unfortunately, Dodge in our opinion kind of missed the point with here non-Hellcat models in the exhaust department. The factory stock exhaust on this 392 Scatpack edition was conservative and definitely missing the muscle car rumble and roar. The Empire fixed all that boringness by hooked up this bright orange Challenger with not only color matched orange caliper but also with a Borla Exhaust Atak series Catback system. If you are considering these pass on them. I ordered the Borla ATAK in September of 2021 from my Corvette dealer. They did not arrive until a/4/22. It was so long I decided not install these and had found another product available. Borla with not having even made them yet refused to cancel the order. Grudgingly, I had them installed and low and behold it has an issue that generates a sound like you have a fan belt that is loose. So now I have to order a replacement for 3 to 5 months from now while driving what sounds like a souped up '72 Vega. The candle on top of the icing is that Borla will not pay for the require labor to remove their faulty product and install the new set. They do not have good customer service and will not support you their customer.

I put one of these in my Challenger Widebody July 18th. FYI, whoever recorded this cold startup did a great job of how it sounds. It's intense.

I jus put a cat back borla attack & hellcat tips on my 2016 challenger scat pack. I also have a K&N intake and this thing sounds and feels like a whole new car! ❤️ this car! The black hellcat tips look 🔥

What is the total Horsepower that you get out of a Borla Cat-Back Exhaust System in a Dodge Challenger ScatPack WideBody Borla Atak CatBack Exhaust System? Do you get 700 Horsepower in the Borla Cat-Back Exhaust System from 485 Horsepower?

Did you have any check engine light probs? Mine keep popping up for the actuators, does that mean I have to redo the installation for those?

No issues on our end. Everything plugged and played just fine with no check engine light. Client hasn't come back about any issues and this has been installed for about 6 months now. In your case, it would be best to check over the connection for the valve motor actuators

We didn't show it on camera because they are before the cat back near the catalytic converter area. But we made sure to install them and properly lubricate them with all purpose cleaner 😉 😂

Do you need to cut the OEM exhaust butterflies and weld them back into the new Borla ?

Nope, the borla setup comes with butterfly valves. All you need to do is transfer over the Exhaust Valve Actuator from the stock setup as can be seen at the 3:00 mark.

Its liquid and applied by wiping via microfiber applicator.

If you're going to post videos like this you need to be accurate with what you post. -Do the before and after audio in the same environment in a controlled way. You did the "before" inside of a garage (excellent acoustics) And then you did the "after" outside in an open area (Terrible acoustics). Thank you for the video but it's not very much help it's not like something I would base a decision off of. And actually my car already has the burla attack It is an excellent exhaust by the way if anyone's reading this I would highly recommend it it's hands down the best sound there is. This guy's video actually did it a disservice. If I had watched this video I probably would have not bought the Borla.

The Brembo's on this Scat Pack came from the factory with a matte / dull black. We actually painted them in color matched Go Mango Orange color. But we can paint calipers any color you can think of. Correct. The Borla Atak System keeps the active exhaust valves functioning the same as the factory system.
