The little yellow thing that you see is there to pull the fuses out

Does an alarm come with the charger? I have the 2021 charger and I don’t see an alarm or the light on when I lock door? Is there something I gotta do

My 2013 charger used to pop the truck if my key fob was in it. Or if i left my key fob inside the car but it doesn't now. The fob still works. Any ideas??
