This video shows the process of installing ARP head studs into a 1999 5.9L 24v Dodge Cummins. This installation video will be helpful for both the 6.7L and 5.9L engine trucks as the installation of the head studs is the same according to the instruction manual.

Did you have to cut the valve cover for the 2 in the front?

I did because I was too lazy to remove something at the back to get the last two longer studs in.

Do you recall what bolts are in water jacket? I’m about to do this

I don’t recall which ones exactly, but you will know when you pull them. Just have some sealer on hand when you do the job.

what you also want to do is make sure the bottom if the washer if dry and the resting area as well
