For Dodster for 4 servings:
Chicken or turkey fillet-400 grams
Tortillas - 4 pieces
Cheese (mozzarella or suluguni) - 200 grams
Tomato - 2 pieces
Ranch sauce - 100 grams
My meat, cut into even parts. Marinate in your favorite spices (I have salt, dry garlic, red and black pepper, barbecue sauce) and leave for 30-50 minutes. Fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, close the lid and fry for another 5-6 minutes on medium power, let cool slightly.
The tortilla is heated in the microwave (10 seconds) or in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with grated cheese, leaving a little space on the edge, put the finished cut meat on top of the Ranch sauce (the recipe will be below), cut tomatoes and gently twist. We send it to the oven at 180 degrees (grill mode or just top heating) for 5 minutes.
I tried to make the recipe as close to the original as possible, but I'm a little disappointed in it. The recipe uses dry spices, but I prefer fresh herbs in sauces, it gives more taste.
The ranch dressing (almost like the Dodo)
Buttermilk (you will not find it on sale, but you can replace it:
Sour cream 20-25% - 2 tablespoons
Kefir - 4 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Dried dill and parsley-1 tablespoon each
Dried onion and garlic-1 teaspoon each
Fresh garlic - 2 cloves
Salt, even pepper to taste.
Mix everything in a container and let it brew for 40-60 minutes. Great for French fries, vegetables, pizza.
French fries and country style)
Frozen potatoes (you can cut them yourself) pour on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sweet paprika, dry garlic, a pinch of salt, pour olive or vegetable oil, mix and put in the oven for 180g for 8-10 minutes convection mode)
Have a nice.
