I have all my bodyfat on the lovehandles, ass and then a little on the chest. I still have my 4 upper abs at 22% bodyfat 115 kgs bw. Like my upper body will be wide, curve in at my navel and then my lovehandles will be as wide as my shoulders. Looks quite shit, but it works decently for wrestling and bjj.
