abc coffee is a sachet coffee brand like kapal api which is so popular. If you buy them in sachet it cost around 1500 to 2000 rupiah. But if you buy it served with hot water It cost around 3000 - 5000 rupiah in local warung or street vendor. With ice they may added 500 to 1000 rupiah

In east java you can go to : Ijen and de djawatan(banyuwangi) Bromo, tumpak sewu Central java i really recommend to : Yogyakarta, magelang, dieng West java : Ciwidey, lembang, pangandaran, situ gunung(sukabumi) I hope you got a lot more time cause theres many more to visit in java island

I have taken a bus from Seattle north to a coastal town and mid-way I had to take another bus w/o paying extra as well. So it happens not only in Bali but in the US as well.

If you want to hitchhiking in Indonesia you need to go to the national road (with yellow mark on the road) or to the provincial road. There's many truck driver will help.
