Here I am on a no sugar diet, cold showers and 1500 calories per day.. 300 crunches/other stomach training per day to get rid of my dad belly, and he can just grow it at will, and you know he has a godlike sixpack whenever they call his name in a heartbeat... must be doing something wrong. :P

@@ForgottenGames not that this is my business but keto is way better. Way more things to eat and you aren’t doing extreme deprivation to your muscles/fat, it comes off naturally and you will feel great. ^_^ I lost 150 lbs on keto but you could lose 25-50 easily, it melts fat for you.

@@ForgottenGames Abs come down to genetics and body fat percentage. Would recommend p90 x ab ripper x workout on youtube. It's helped define my abs and I feel much stronger in my core since doing them. Edit: Personally I do the workout every other day so 4 days on and 3 days off per week. Works great for me.
