Wow...Jayne Miller was there when the place opened 40 years ago doing a report with WBAL. And she's still there today.

Rusty Scupper works because you can dine while enjoying great waterfront views. Replacing the indoor mall concept with a park like atmosphere with unique dining options like around the D.C. Mall would be nice. The waterfront definitely needs more modern clean public restrooms to support waterfront visitors.

Great idea. I think it should be made just like the Chicago downtown harbor , with some amusement park rides , some bars and restaurants and some luxury stores and smaller retail stores

I remember pre-Harbor Place and when it was built. Ah, fond memories of my teenage years.

Womack made sense to me... I don't want a nice place like the Inner Harbor to just be yet another place to go and spend money. We can go anywhere for that... I just want to enjoy the area.
