Sadhguru and modi can’t ever be wrong. Beacuse Indians like to worship human as god like in sports or anywhere else. But humans do mistakes. So it will be good less mistakes are made in crucial time...

Back when grandma was alive, we as a Chinese household used to keep a small oil light burning in a casement hanging outside the porch. The ritual of bringing it in and refilling and having it back does keep a sense of order within the house. Time to bring back some tradition.

A very personal experience.....myself, a young inexperienced mother with 2 little kids. Almost, every night, either one or both at different or similar times, will have night terrors, and terrible dreams and visions. I came to a point where I became so sleep deprived, it started affecting my health and hubby's as well. I also had to forgo my day work so i could catch some hrs of sleep and so I could work in the night 'cos when I remained awake, my kids slept soundly.... i did prayers, cleansing, everything....it works ok for a while, then the moment, you get busy or forget....i m a busy person who cannot chant n pray day n night. An old woman suggested lighting a ghee lamp...'no oil but ghee' , she said. .....really ? that simple ? i was skeptical, but at this point of dangerously becoming a living zombie, hey, anything ...

It’s beautiful how every country is doing something as a mark of solidarity, society is stronger now than ever. In the UK every Thursday night at 8 o’clock everyone stands outside their doors and claps for our healthcare workers and essential workers and it’s such a life affirming experience to see everyone clapping, cheering, banging saucepans. Let’s get through this as a united world!
