The stuff works man I’ve been using it for years… it was actually developed to prevent piston aircraft engines from seizing as a result of an oil pressure loss
You can't expect direct results man, stuff have to mix well with the engine oil, the best thing you can do with your engine is to use Liqui Moly Engine flush Proline, then change the oil with quality 5w30 and premixed it with Mos2 or Ceratec. Change your spark plugs if they are old.
i put this engine treatment after an oil changed and my car was really running good, after about 200 miles the engine oil is black as night. It really cleaned the engine so i took it to grease monkey to have an oil changed again. it might be better to use this a couple of weeks or so before you change oil because it cleans the engine of sludge or carbon or gum or something. if you use it after you changed oil your fresh oil will turn to black in about 200 miles or so. i have an old car 2003 dodge durango suv.
