Love that area because its safe and you can freely drive with the craziness of the strip and there are grocery stores/fast food places so you don't have to always eat at a strip hotel restaurant (saves money), but your still in 3 minutes from the stip

@@hobbs2005 Definitely. Encore is nice but just too far north. Palazzo is directly across from Mirage, very short walk to Caesars and Linq promenade, among others. And the Canyon Ranch fitness center at Venetian is the best in Vegas - enormous and modern.
He earned every bit of it. I like him because he’s calm and cool. He doesn’t do any bullcrap political virtual signaling. He just sticks to what he does best.
You guys must remember that this place was owned partly by the Maloof Brothers who at one time also had ownership in the NBA team, the Sacramento Kings....so some of the amenities make sense.

Pompsie makes these light hearted videos to inform us of things going on in vegas, and he does it well. You have to do the 1 bed room suite at Palms Place. I found it on air bnb & was absolutely blown away. It has two bathrooms, a tub in the bedroom and two balconies 🤩

I’ve been to Vegas 3 times in my life and I’ve stayed at the palms each time! I love it there! The one bedroom suite with 180 balcony and soaking tub in the bedroom is amazing! And for the price you can’t beat it!
@@iLabbDrake last time I checked if you booked directly with palms the balconies were locked but if you book through Airbnb they are open because they are privately owned the studios have 1 balcony and the 1 bedrooms have a wrap around balcony kinda like the cosmos
I love the Palms, I used to be all about it in my 20s after watching the Real World Vegas, and Rain use to be one of two spots that was bringing EDM/Trance DJs at the time. The remodel Palms has some bomb pieces from Kaws, Murakami, and Revoke. Sad it's closed 😢

I've gambled alot at Palms but never stayed, rooms are beautiful. I hope they're able to open back up. I heard they surrendered their gaming license so that cant happen for awhile.
We were having dinner at the Palms and in walks Hugh Hefner with 3 blond women. They sat at the table next to us. A little while later Kid Rock walked in, said hello to Hef and sat a few tables away. I’ve had many of these encounters living in NYC But something about that nite was special.
You need to go check out the “ Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender” taking place on Easter weekend at the Orleans casino right down the street from the palms. I highly recommend it you’ll get good footage for sure 💯💯😁 . Keep up the awesome work bro
Nice vlog. How much was the standard room rate? Resort Fees? Greta did a great job on the room tour, the room looked really nice. Chinatown looked interesting and the food looked above par for a mall. Keep up the good work.
Hours of Vegas regular from 1988 to 2005 I'll be out there 58 times a year from Dallas we got to stay at the Luxor or the Treasure Island and the Mirage all during the grand opening thanks America West Airlines from Dallas Deluxe Aurora when we came in at midnight they said they had no rooms with our reservation so they upgraded us to a sweet wonderful and I enjoy at my age 66 watching your videos bringing back a lot of the fun I had in Vegas and my kids grew up in the Excalibur and after they grew up I taught him how to play Blackjack in a scallop you are the best of all the bloggers or whatever you call yourselves your shows are fun to watch and I like to watch Vegas of wall

you Should have a Lobby & a Connecting thing, to It,... for the Bellagio & Delano & Cesars Palace, so that you can,.. Get to the Downtown Clubbin area, and Shopping, so that it's Parking Garage, and Pool at Bellagio, and Shopping
I used to work at the Rio from 1999 to 2004, taking room reservations. I loved it there. Made some great friends. If you stay there, stay in the Masquerade tower (looks like a t-shirt). It's newer and more updated
Great video! My husband and I rented a unit here as an air b n b for a week in August 2020. I see it was cold when you guys visited, so I have some tips for anyone wanting to spend time at the pool. The water was noticeably dirtier on the weekend vs weekdays and people would throw cigarettes off the balcony into the pool. The pool is pretty shallow so it’s not great for swimming just lounging. It wasn’t hard to get a chair or umbrella and I couldn’t see this being a real party spot, even those there is a bar and cabanas, but maybe that’s just bc of Covid. ******The biggest problem was that the MUSIC was EXACTLY the SAME EVERYDAY!!!! The same playlist in the same order every day, with multiple songs from the same artist in a row!!! Wow it got stale so fast. By day 3 we knew all the songs. The Palms Place should switch it up with Pandora or Spotify. Also our air b n b only came with half a roll of toilet paper and we had to buy our own, and was dusty, but if u book a room thru the hotel that shouldn’t be a problem.

Rio was also the first Hotel I stayed in Vegas in 2016. I actually walked from Rio to Luxor and back. Made me realize the Vegas is really not that big lol. I must say, I miss staying there, but it's changed a lot.
Great video! The only connection I have to the PALMS resort was when used as the setting for MTV's "The Real World", and I think there was only ONE building back then.

Your best quality video, great music, love the effects added, I've stayed at all those hotels around the Palms, definitely can skip Gold Coast, Rio rooms were huge, make your way down to South Point for something fun, they have quite the bowling complex and arena (which probably are closed)? anyway, enjoy your vids
