@@cherylsadventures1234 Your post was ok but you let yourself down with your last sentence - you now come across as jealous. If your so intresting why don't you set up your own channel?
THANK YOU for posting this because it makes me feel SO much better that I’m not alone in this happening... 6 years ago I got married in Vegas, and had booked a wraparound terrace suite for a quiet reception with just a few people. We went around taking wedding photos while our guests waited in the room, never going around the casino area, constantly moving, and never got anyone else in the shots. The very second we got back to our room, and my dad was about to do his toast/speech, there was the same aggressive knock at the door, and 2 security guys in suits (very intimidating and humiliating) kicked everyone out... my grandparents, our parents, and a few other family members all had to witness this, and we ended up wasting hundreds of dollars in food and drinks that no one got to enjoy. We never even got to cut the cake or have a champagne toast on our own wedding night. I’ve been convinced that it was because we had a friend with a “pro” camera taking our photos... but they didn’t tell us while doing the photos... no, they waited to humiliate us in our room. We paid almost $1000 for the suite for the night that they tried not to refund. The next morning, I went to reception in my wedding dress CRYING and that’s the only way they gave us our money back... only on the condition that we never write a review or post about it. I’ve never publicly said any of this until this comment. 🖕🏻 Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. I’m done staying silent, thanks to you, Pompsie. I cannot believe they’re still doing this to people, 6 years later.
@@Pompsie I’m so sorry they treated you so terribly too. It’s really unfair and ridiculous, especially in this age of technology 😒 Thanks for the love (and the pinned comment! ❤️)
They owe u an apology, at the minimum..that is outrageous. I've been hassled too, at another property (where I over the years took many friends and family members) and I swear, if that happens again, I won't just let it go, just because someone has big boobs, looks good and plays the slots by themselves doesn't mean they are a call girl.
I just subbed to this RU-vid channel after looking through travel videos on RU-vid for potentially moving out of Arizona and right here top pinned comment I find Goodbye Light's CAITLIN HERST?! That's amazing, congrats on you guys getting married too! Also, sorry you and Pompsie had to deal with that, I'll never stay there now either.
They knew you had the camera while waiting in line to check-in, yet they let you check-in and then threw you out when you got to the room. They could and should have told you professional cameras weren't allowed in the room when she approached you at check-in. The way the Cosmpolitan's handled this situation was beyond horrible.
I agree! They just wanted the financial transaction to go down first b4 they booted him how disgraceful. Even with their apologies I still won't ever stay there. Venetian it is for me!
@@jameslucero9547 I don't see how security assaulted him if they just asked him to hand over his equipment or leave the property. He decided not to hand over his equipment so they had the right to escort him out after explaining to him the rules they had in place. I hardly doubt security even put a hand on him while escorting him out.
LOL. I'm pretty certain even this LV attorney Robert Nersesian already knows that there is no case and all properties has their own legal rules already well in place, and any person staying at the property immediately agrees to the rules at signing in at the check in, break the rules or not follow them then a guest is probably not entitled to any refund either. Thus there is no lawsuit.
Sadly, most of the front desk agents don't know their own rules. Security won't do anything other than enter that info into a database for trespasses. I bet they didn't tell you that you are trespassed from the sister properties too. When/if the email is read your trespass will be lifted.
COSMOPOLITAN Sounds like a HOTEL TO AVOID and I never saw such a rule on their reservation information or terms of contract. I think their security staff went overboard!
I had a 2 night One Bedroom terrace reservation, and I cancelled it due to this video. I don’t need myself and my significant other to be dealing with a staff that treats their guest like criminals for simply recording their point of view. Pompsie this was a video I was looking forward to and was shocked when I heard your words on the subject. I will be taking my business somewhere else. Thank you for keeping it real and using no filler, you tell it how it is and I respect that 😌
Umm if you’re not using professional recording cameras then you are going to be ok! Just came back from an amazing stay at The Cosmo Chelsea Penthouse and a terrace suite. Super fun times and The casino is always full of a younger crowd!
they would be peeing, i mean peeking in on "you and your wife" and sell it to overseas claiming that you were perverts. trust your instincts and spread the word.
@@AKhan.28 as a gaming employee in Vegas, this story is missing some major details. Whether he got guests on camera he shouldn’t have, or was raising red flags for filming sensitive areas, or some other behavior. They don’t throw people out for film equipment, ever. Never seen it at any hotel for over 20 years. Even during AVN convention. Just sayin. Cosmo is awesome, and they tolerate more than most places.
@@truthseeker8123 Thanks for the clarification. And yes I've stayed at Cosmo many times and it has always been a fantastic time and the employees are great!
I also had a horrible experience in the Cosmo. I had a late check in and went straight to bed. First thing the next morning, i went to grab some breakfast and let the staff clean the room. Upon my return i was advised that a $500 cleaning fee would be applied. Confused i went to speak with management and was showed a photo taken on my balcony of a (unsmoked) joint laying on the patio furniture. I explained to management that I had checked in late the night before and more importantly I don't smoke. It was obvious the staff neglected to fully inspect/clean my room fron a prior guess. During this conversation downstairs, security found their way into my room to search through my belongings (nothing was found) without my permission. After showing management my Gov credentials and a lengthy argument of filing a suit, i was credited back the $500 cleaning fee then asked to leave. May i remind nothing had to cleaned because nothing was smoked. Ill never step foot in this hotel again!
This is awesome! Cosmo being held accountable. I heard you say in a recent video that the president of Cosmo called and apologized to you later, likely after losing $$ because of this video. You should reply with one sentence: THIS VIDEO WILL NOT BE DELETED AT THIS TIME.
The apology is completely PR driven; I appreciate that you didn't take this down; I've run a restaurant website for a decade and often get "apologies" after they figure out that their bad behavior was being conveyed to 60K readers. It's the reason that we do reviews anonymously; you can call in advance and get permission, but then you get special treatment and your followers don't get a true view of the experience a regular person would get. It's why newspaper reviews are worthless; the places all know who they are in advance so the entire experience is staged.
_Totally dispute the charge. Bottom line, the consumer has every right when they pay for a service with their bank card / credit card. As an afterthought, contact the General Manager(and yes speak your honest mind)._
EMC is totally correct. I work for a bank. You are protected under Regulation E. Dispute the charge and you will get your funds back. Sorry this happened to you!
It won't cost them anything lol. It's a rule for the Cosmo now. No recording at all allowed . It will end up making them money . Think of all the rich ppl who will welcome the fact they can go there and do whatever they want without the worry of being caught on camera cheating on their wives or whatever .
You may want to rethink your decision. The cosmopolitan is the best hotel in Vegas. If you book a conference near you will be the hero of your company I absolutely guarantee it
@@kokake You sound jealous that you've never been invited to a conference. Of course that would mean you'd need a job first and it's pretty evident you don't have one... so, ya.
I will NEVER stay there regardless of the apology 6 months later. A member of senior executive management should have called you within 48 hours. A refund is not even optional.
@@Pompsie bro I've seen your type stop lying. Can't film in those places and you made it a problem. Black men do the same thing and then call racism. Own up to your problems instead of passing blame.
Security runs it like its military they look for reasons to fire you , and when your probation is up theyll look for stuff just to know have to pay you the full pay and hire someone else .. this casino is ran by evil ppl ..
Im happy i dont work there anymore , the place was nice and all , but underneath the glitz and glammor is a real stink of bad emotional intelligence and corporatism..
They’ve been like this for years. I was planning to get married to my wife there, went through all the tours, and even put down a deposit. But between the time I had placed my deposit and the date of the wedding, they had changed their pricing, increasing our wedding by several thousand dollars. We ended up cancelling. Obviously didn’t get our deposit back, but still saved money and had a much better time at another resort on the strip. We then tried to get our wedding party into the nightclub. I had emails coming from several different people saying we would get our wedding party on the guest list, up to 20 people. We were going a couple of nights before the wedding, so 20 guests was perfect. When we arrived, there was no name and they were extremely rude and almost hostile. We eventually got in, but not before my fiancé (now wife) started to break down. Haven’t been back since, and nothing would ever attract me to stay there again. Even as an event planner who will be moving my business to vegas soon, I will be recommending other locations. Thanks for sharing your experience.
That's really Sad! I walked through their casino on my birthday with four others and the stares their employees gave us made us leave ASAP without playing one slot it was around the time they had not been open long it was new SMH I've been in Vegas for 20 yrs now and I will NEVER step a toe in there again 💯👎🏿 they are very RACIST 😩😡 What people that don't Live here don't get to see all the time is that this place definitely has a grey cloud over the whole city and it's PLENTY of RUDENESS HERE 💯
Here’s what I shared on Yelp: My company sends anywhere from 2-3K people on a biennial convention to Las Vegas. Our events are at Bally’s but we’ve been looking for a more modern, fun experience. We settled pretty firm on the Cosmopolitan two years ago. Seeing how your goons assaulted a popular RU-vid vlogger (Pompsie) for the horrendous crime of having a camera that cost more than the goon’s salary, we’ll go ahead and pass on booking a test stay, much less a convention. Their excuse was they didn’t want anyone filming ‘adult entertainment’ in their rooms. So your ‘security’ is great at shoving aside a guest to storm his room but not at identifying human trafficking? Get new security.
Whaaat!? They scolded me for filming in the lobby, too. Never anything this extreme! That's disappointing to learn they handled it like that, as they've been favorite hotel in Vegas.
I stay at Cosmo every month from LA I would say I stay on average 40-50 nights a year. Not gonna stay there anymore as I also see some other issues with it. I spend at least 20k a year gambling a year....I get my rooms comped but they still gonna miss out on $20k a year from this. Hope Cosmo sees this and reaches out to you to help you out.
Only a government entity can “confiscate” your property and even then it takes a court order. Those kinds of tactics used and allowed by the hotel is shameful. I would rather stay at a hotel where they don’t try to violate my civil rights.
Also - he cannot enter the hotel room because he is searching for video equipment. You rented a hotel room - you have similar rights as if it was a residence.
Wow, I am in shock. We always stay at the Cosmo as it’s become one of our favorite things about Vegas. Cancelling our New Years week-stay there, we will happily book elsewhere!
All the old timers who live in Vegas swear that the place was so much better when the mob ran it. The current casinos will take every last penny from a family man, an old timer told me that back in the day when they saw a family man losing all his money they would cut him off, give him a plane ticket and tell him to don't ever fcking come back to Vegas and lose his family's money.
I live in Los Angeles, and visit Vegas often. I have planned to stay at the Cosmo, but will NOT stay there after hearing how they treated you. If everyone LIKES this video it will push it to the top and get the word out to others who are planning to stay there.
Your story telling skills are incredible, artistically & communication wise & the fact that you maintained your composure. Sorry to hear about your negative experience, and how The Cosmopolitan poorly handled the situation, but happy to hear you've come to a resolution with The Cosmopolitan after all. Very informative and respectful video. I understand their concern regarding that "industry", but what if people are travelling for work, staying in Las Vegas, and they're a professional photographer on a work assignment or a local vlogger that has nothing to do with that "industry" or just a regular tourist who has a passionate photography hobby, so they will have all their professional photograph equipment with them or even with the camera technology that is continuously improving, the average person is more technically advanced than ever before, I think they need to find an appropriate, reasonable solution.
the only plus they have a nice hookers, if you are single. if you see one you might trip. wow! walking in together from the garage and hanging out alone at the bars there.
Wow, I was planning to spend my birthday there....going to cancel my reservations. I despise any place of business that treats people that way. Thanks for the heads up!
i will only sneek in to take pictures. i have done it many times there. they are on guard now. you got a quick glance of global power that globalists want for america. they are in the wrong place.
@travel ruby thank you for standing up for what’s right. I follow you and I love your style! This decision is consistent with what I already know about you 💕💕
winebox New York is my current fav. We drive, its parking is easy. It's very central to cool stuff. If you upgrade you can have hot tub in room. Lots of stuff to do there. If like Chinese food nice inexpensive restaurant there called chin chins. Bars are fun there. But we go out on Tropicana to crazy private club. Haven't been to Vegas since shutdown. Hope it's the same when it's over.
NEVER DELETE THIS VIDEO. While Cosmopolitan looks like a nice property, what I've read AND HEARD from folks (to include friends who have visited) tells me that this isn't the property for me to spend money on. I'm happy to hear that you got a nice room months after, but that's not enough for me to go there. I would need assurances that service and policies have changed there. I don't want to think that I'm bringing pro equipment for UNLV and Pro Sporting events, just to be trespassed.
This 💩 was MESSED UP!! I won’t be going to the Cosmo unless they make it right with Pompsie. If they don’t like Pompsie, they definitely wouldn’t like me anyway. Side note: Loved hearing a little Jr. Mafia and Nas is this clip too.
thank you all for watching and continuing to support me and the channel ❤️ Also, this is the email of the “vp of surveillance/security” at Cosmo (the only contact they provided me) if you wish to email them and try to stick up for me 🙏🏼 david.logue@cosmopolitanlasvegas.com
You must have that adult film director LOOK 😂. I shared this video on Cosmo's Twitter. They best fix this BS. Hope you hear back from them. Let us know if you DO. They are under fire being the best place to catch a case of Covid in Vegas. And apparently the best place to shoot an adult film
Sorry to hear about it. Cosmopolitan hotel should feel ashamed of what they did to you!. Since we watch your videos we know your style of sharing and promoting people coming to Vegas. WON’T enter this hotel!! Wish you All the best.!
@thegaygaymerchannel that is judging someone by how they look. You cannot profile people like that. Clearly he wasnt filming an adult movie. They should have given him the opportunity to take the cameras home or off property. Security & Management handled this very poorly is the bottom line and I expect more from Cosmopolitan than a open and shut case without reviewing the facts. Have a super weekend Peace all ✌♥️🎰🎲🎲
@@casinoBALTIMORE1 I wish that were true but totally disagree. They will still happily escort a diamond status player w 20 bags up to their room and not check what's in there. I’m so sorry this happened to you and others. I just cancelled my reservation for June here. You guys should have never taken it that far,he wasn’t filming your employees he was filming his self and his perspective , if you look him up, his job is a vlogger. Stay strong,we have your back.
I literally just cancelled my reservation for October 28-nov 2 and will be staying at at different hotel... because of this video. No one should be treated this way.
OMG, this is a great video. We are Vegas locals and we have been to the Cosmo countless times. More than once have I been approached by really rude security for taking pictures or videos clips with my PHONE. And I certainly wasn't in the casino area because I don't gamble. One of the security guys came out of nowhere and got up in my face to ask "what I was doing". I'm a 5'7'' GIRL. It scared me. I freaking hate Cosmo security, they are so rude. I get it if you don't want people filming naughty videos in rooms, but the majority of people are there as tourists or normal people trying to make memories and enjoy themselves, and they want to have pictures & videos of their experience. Ridiculous.
I photographed different areas at Cosmo with my cell phone on the main and upper level with no problem, I'm pretty sure "tourist" was written all over my head!
I am a veteran hotel manager here in Vegas (not from Cosmo) and I knew instantly when you said they mentioned professional video equipment that it was because of people using their hotel rooms to shoot porn. That does happen and is a major issue. However that is NOT an excuse for their treatment of you. No place I have ever worked would have acted like this - everyplace I have worked welcomes travel vloggers. I'm sorry this happened.
Cosmo is one of the nicest casinos/hotels on the strip. I was going to skip the free room at Aria, and shell out the money for a few nights there on the trip my girl, and I are taking in November. Looks like I'll be calling my host at Aria back. I can't give my money to people who refuse to be a little understanding, and reasonable when enforcing their rules
I’m a local as well, and I came across this videos today. We were at cosmo 2 nights ago, and my wife and I got kicked out. The reason is that I was “wining” to much? I placed 3 bets on roulette 20,7,36. Each time I placed a 100 dollar be and won all 3 times, and security told me to hand them my chips as I will be kicked out and not welcome back. I had to call gaming, and when gaming showed up to were trying to say I was cheating.
Rest assured Pompsie, I will never stay there do to the way they treated you. I can see them not wanting pornography be shot on their premises but it would have been so easy to ask to look at your video and deem what you were doing yo be okay. Or even easier, take a look at your RU-vid channel. Keep up the good work, I really enjoy your content.
The only reason they compensated you was because you exposed what they did and your video blew up. Glad you made this and called them out, they definitely have gotten away with alot of shit and ruined many people's experiences and wasted their time and money. I've binged a bunch of your videos and decided to book a stay in the Venetian for next year! Keep up the quality content!
There is more at stake than just being refunded $200. Call the State Bar in your state and ask to speak with one of the lawyers who volunteers his or her time pro bono. Most lawyers who are sole practitioners don't charge a huge retainer. So if you don't qualify for bono services, seek out a sole practitioner. You will be required to sign an engagement agreement so that the lawyer can represent you. Lots of sole practitioner lawyers offer free 5-15 minute phone consultations free of an engagement agreement. As I see it, Cosmo has damaged your reputation and made accusations against you which are not true and that is far more damaging than losing $200. Also, they photographed and retained your personal information which could be an infringement on your privacy. As suggested in other comments here, find out who is the CEO of the company which owns the Cosmo and contact that person. I'd do this first before contacting a lawyer. Cosmo has an obligation to make this right. Just remember that you always need to protect your interests so having a lawyer in your pocket is always a good idea. I worked in the legal field for 40 years. I hope this is helpful.
Absolutely!!! Contact a civil rights lawyer. Get a referral from your local bar association for your county. Most lawyers offer free consultations. You need to know what will be done with those pictures they took of your ID. ANY LAWYER FANS OUT THERE IN NEVADA!!!💪
All of this "get a lawyer" jibber jabber is silly. I work in the casino industry. No shot any lawyer makes a case of the nonsense you're speaking. He was on private property. While they were assholes, it's their house, their rules. They take, and document his information. This is standard procedure with issuing trespassing notices. It's part of the formal process so they can call the authorities if he ever steps foot in their property.
This is good advice. At the rate people are replying and saying they may boycott the Cosmo. Early this week be prepared for a notice from their lawyer for you to deceased. Remember Cosmos has deep pockets. Your video has smeared their name and this may get worse. Good luck son. My advice is let it go. Cosmopolitan SUCKS!
I was planning to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16 here but I dont want them to ruin this special occasion so I just changed my mind because of this video thank you.
Absolutely. Can also enter the safe in your room without your permission. There is also a hokey pokey in the basement of all the hotels that the security guards can toss you in for 72 hours.
@@worldobserver3515 It's supposed to be a holding tank for law enforcement. When I got a friend out of there the told me on crazy weekends Metro doesn't pick people up in a timely manner. .
I'm watching this video 2 years after the fact but I'm still not going anywhere near the Cosmo. I could feel your trauma, no apology can wipe that away. I'm sorry you experienced that unwarranted treatment. I watch you because your content is real and I want the truth. I'm planning a small trip to gamble, eat some great food and to scout out a location for a BIG family reunion. I thought I had settled on the Cosmo but Honey.....back to the drawing board. Thank you for the heads up.
They can ask all they want. You can film whatever you want. You can't however use a person's image for profit. You need releases for that. But possession of a camera can't be dictated. They actually legally can't do anything to do.
Actually they can. It’s private property and they can make any rule they want to. There is no legal right to possess recording equipment on private property believe it or not
Sorry to hear this happened to you. I know it has you shaken up but stay in good spirits and don’t let it get you down. I stayed there recently and had camera equipment with me but I didn’t use my pro camera in the casino/lobby. I think you unfortunately just got singled out and they handled it poorly. Maybe take a break from the casino vlogs for a bit and focus on other subjects just to cleanse your palate. You have such a great style and personality I think you would do well with any subject. Thanks again for the great vlogs! Sending positive vibes!
Funny, how they Trespass you. just promoting their Casino, but a few weeks ago A major brawl broke out right in the middle of their Casino, with no security in site!! This is BAD BUSINESSES FROM THE COSMOPOLITAN!! VLOGING ACTUALLY PROMOTES GOOD BUSINESSES!! DO THE RIGHT THING! FREE POMPSIE!!!
I just recently had a problem with Cosmo security not long ago. They surrounded me and even physically stopped me from just walking away. It’s a long story but I assure you it was a very lightweight altercation with another guest that was trying to cut in line at the cashier counter. 100% verbal with no profanity on my side at all. I just wanted to be left alone. Hard to do that with 4 guys in suits surrounding you and physically holding me from going anywhere. In the end, security said a light sorry and have a good night. I’m like, I’ll try. I’ll have better nights in the future at the Bellagio or the Wynn.
I’m a Travel Agent and I’m really sorry to hear that this happened to you. I’m going to really be cautious about booking people there now. Really absurd on their part.
@RickReviews I've stayed in Vegas hotels maybe 20 or 30 nights since rt.91 and work in the entertainment industry. It is a very common occurrence that professionals take all sorts of equipment to the rooms for corporate interviews, editing work, etc. I've never heard of anyone being harassed for it unless they're photographing gambling areas. Maybe it's a new thing but I've never heard of it.
Wow just wow! I'm coming from the video of another vlogger who was discriminated at cosmo and saw the comments about this happening to you too. I've been wanting to stay at Cosmo but I sure in hell won't anymore. I'm so sorry this happened to you.
And the Cosmo allows slot channels on RU-vid film videos and live play from the casino floor all the time. They actually give permission for them to film. I don't understand why they had such an issue with you? Its not right how they handled the situation.
This story has been on my mind n d for a few days. A private hotel that thinks it has the right to engage in Civil Forfeiture and extra judicial confinement needs a date in court.
Pompsie this is why we watch this channel for the honest feedback! My husband and I are planning a trip to Vegas (our first time) and this is an experience we can do without. We'll keep looking at your other reviews to choose. Keep up the good work.
Called and cancelled my December trip (likely changing over to Venetian) and told them why. Sorry but there's just a right way and a wrong way to treat people, whether they were in their right to do it or not. And I have no desire giving my money to a company that either doesn't know the difference or doesn't care. And - for what it's worth - I spend a LOT of money when I go to Vegas. Like, usually a stupid amount.
I was going to say this is the type of post that shows how Cosmopolitan can be hurt $$$ wise by not working with the person they kicked out. It adds up. You would have spent a ton of money there, yet have canceled your reservation over this. The Cosmopolitan should have at least have had Pompsie call up his youtube videos and show who he is and what he does. It'd take them an hour or two to see he's not filming pornos like the nicer one of the guards said was the concern of the hotel re. professional camera equipment.
I was wondering at first why you’d leave it up if it was resolved… halfway through now I see why this absolutely needs to stay up, and mad respect to you for not only getting to vlog and stay in their 15k room but finding a way where you can leave this up. This isn’t one bad staff member, this is the entire staff treating you like a criminal because you had a camera… 🤯💀
I just started watching your videos and love them. I am so sorry this happened to you. I have had bad experiences there. I will never go back there after watching this. You have a respectful, understanding and wonderful attitude.
I stayed in one of their “Presidential” suites a few years ago when the property first opened. It was real nice, but I too was yelled at for filming in the lobby. They seem to be very touchy on this matter.
who films a casino hotel lobby? people planning to rob it, that's who. There's a reason most places are super tight about this. They don't give a shit about how many youtube likes and comments you're after, they care about safety and whatever business they'll lose from this video is probably the equivalent to missing out on a few hours of profit from the casino.
You know, it's kind of funny you tell this story. I am an independent filmmaker and a few years ago I went to Louisville to promote at a convention at the Hyatt and we checked in and everything went fine. I had stayed there before and it had been great and we went back to the car and I had a cooler and we brought beer. We were going to the elevator and this security guard comes at us, I never got his name, but he was like a Bond villain, had a heavy European accent, we just called him Sven, but he literally, in the middle of the lobby, like a parent talking to a naughty child at the store, starts freaking out about how we can't bring alcohol to our room. It wasn't allowed. I was like "What?" He doesn't really answer, he just starts yelling about how he was going to kick us out for bringing beer in and this and that and I try to explain I was there less than eight months ago and no one said something like that, he claimed it was a city ordinance. He made us leave the cooler with him and walked us to our car with it, threatening us again. I went to the room, sat for a moment, blew up, and called their corporate office demanding the CEO. I made such a stink that I got someone in his office and blew up about the entire situation. I explained what happened, I explained how angry I was and how uncomfortable I was and how ridiculous that was. They were just as confused as I was, asked me to hold, called the hotel manager, explained the situation, but management told them the same thing, it was a city ordinance, they even claimed there were signs. In the end, management agreed it was not handled properly and I got a ton of credit because I told them I wanted to leave and a refund, but they told me this would be handled and to go see the manager. So I was better after that. So we decide to go down and as the elevator goes down, it stops on a floor and the door opens, and there is Sven and the hotel manager I was going to see. Our eyes locked and he hesitated to come on. I gave him a sarcastic evil grin. Me and my associates were trying not to laugh, it was a very quiet and uncomfortable ride down. I went to the desk and asked for the manager and she came to me, gave us I want to say like $200 in credit, and apologized profusely. We stayed the weekend for the convention, really, everywhere else was sold out anyway, and every time we saw Sven, he'd walk away from us. They ended up posting signs that were literally like 6X8 and taped them to wet floor cones, like anyone would see them. I did confirm that their ordinance story was BS as no other hotel had heard such a thing, it was most likely to force people to buy from them. I have gone back to Louisville several more times and never stayed at the Hyatt again and in all my later visits I have brought coolers into every room and always confirming it is OK.
Hey Pompsie don’t let this stop you, you are an important figure in Vegas and appreciated. Keep other videos up and get your money back from your bank.
1) If you are running a casino/hotel in Las Vegas, you must know the good and famous RU-vidrs/vloggers 2) With an iPhone one can also shoot movies for adult entertainment 3) Never kick out nice people as Pompsie 4) The move when the Cosmo President invited you later after this video was very good! It maybe would never have happened without this bad story.
