JB Weld put to the test on wood-to-wood applications. I would use this to attach wood to wood or even metal to wood. It held up well, even without surface preparation. Strong enough that the wood gave way to the shear force, not the JB Weld.
Good alternative to wood glue or regular epoxy if you're in a bind, or if you're a JB-Weld believer and have plenty of it around.
