"Fronk" here! Thanks for the tips on the deadlift. Tried doing the same thing, but pivoting back a little further before starting the lift, and it looks a lot better on the points you mentioned, being to far forward etc. Definetly need a bit more patience out the bottom though with this change, so will be working on that aswell. Thanks a bunch Bryce, love FCF!

Thanks again Bryce! U helped me with my DL being sticky before, and will try to do that knees forward instead of outward, and embracing the lean. Learn that not very tight belt means a tighter brace so appreciate u!

Mark, if you like itching your deadlifts, switch to conventional go do some strongman comps, we accept pretty much every way to deadlift(outside of sumo) as long as you lock it out, and its a lot of fun as long as you are ready to suffer a minute at the time😂

Toe out and make sure to externally rotate your hips to make room for your stomach. Get your stomach between your legs/hips not on top of it.
