For Sara's DL i agree with nick 100%. Those arms should be flexed. Shouldnt have any bend. I no longer pull mixed but when i first started out the guy who taught me (a great DLer imho) told me to bend the bar, flex the triceps, and pin the pits. Will always remember that. Those arms being straight is part of the slack pull process. If your arms are still bend then you havent fully taken the slack out

@@NageekNoohac yes think of your arms like hooks and let em hang straight. Dont carry the bar up with you. Any bend in your arm (the supinated side) will also risk you tearing a bicep.

For real though, as much as a meme as it is, GOMAD works. 2500 calories, 130g protein, 30/30 carbs and fat. It's the bee's knees. Or at least, milk is a great supplement of balanced macros.

The first lifter's entire torso is basically the same length as his femur. Probably bends over just to keep balance.
