Does The Acolyte RUIN Star Wars? | Let's Talk About It 

First, the night sisters in clone wars were all women and no one even mentioned anything about their sexuality. People just looking for something to rant about. Mother Talison refers to the force as a binding thread through out the galaxy in clone wars. Almost everything people whining about are things that we have seen in previous Star wars. I like the show! And I made this same point in an argument yesterday . If George Lucas made this there would be no hate. All the haters at a bunch of man babies SWT shills. I love the show tho and I like seeing live action or an era we have never seen before .

I always think of that one meme "no one hates Star Wars as much as Star Wars fans." I think so many have such strong emotions tied to Star Wars and growing up that they tend to be hyperreactive to any perceived changes; regardless of if they are good or even real so to speak. Ultimately though I agree with you we have the freedom to choose what we like and what we want to engage with. Since Disney Star Wars has become a thing and now so much is legends. I just tend to piece my perfect head cannon. Like if I don't like something I just don't think about it and move on. Easier said than done; but I think it's the healthiest way to consume any massive fandom these days; like Star Wars. Or else you'll go mad when the mega-corporations, owning all our beloved fandoms, inevitably do something you don't like, for whatever reason they deemed it necessary.

Bro!! Unfortunately I can't watch this video as about ten days ago I made the "executive decision" that I dislike Lez Headbanger so much, I'm not watching anything she makes. Having previously watched her interviews on how she actually became a Director in the first place, I came to the conclusion she's a liar and a fraud. This is before any of the aco-shite noise was even considered. And when I consider that noise surrounding the show, and review thumbnails from YT Reviewers that I always agree with, I've decided that I'm not infecting my brain with this nonsense. I've never watched tros either and it hasn't killed me, after deciding I loathed tlj. Even if the aco-shite is ok, I've basically had enough of watching mediocre sw that can't hold a candle to the first 6 films. AYYYYYYY!!!

Whew man..I could debate with you so much on this..lol..I disagree with a lot..I dislike the show badly and have a ton of problems with it as well as the behind the scenes stuff..I think it's just about killed the lore of what George made..id end up writing a book if I went in on everything..lol..as long as you liked it man that what's matters..differences of an opinion are what makes everything great..great vid man

Great video. I've been wanting to listen to someone that actually likes the show. I've now seen alot of nagitive videos about the show. Honestly when I watch the show, I don't get the same frustration as others. I just like the show. I do believe that the witches are evil. When the jedi came to them they played all victim. But they took control of a jedi to threaten them.

That show is terrible. Lucas would never write anything as poorly as the Acolyte is. But if you like it good for you. 👍
