@@normalguysupercar cool the seats are in good condition especially being Daytona design, but I was referring to the section behind the seat where the seat can rub if the seats are pushed right back. Generally only comfort seats cause this wear.

@@normalguysupercar naturally, of course. At least you have assurance that those should have not pierced through the film to the paint. But then again- every brand new Ferrari I’ve had the (dis)pleasure of working on, has come to my shop directly from Ferrari with the most impressive paint defects. Sanding marks, haze, pigtails, you name it…my little daily driver MK7 VW was delivered with a more complete paint finish than my clients brand new SF90 most recently. So defects on the top of the film, and likely a lot of defects beneath it too… At least most are fixable. All part of the charm of Ferrari :-)

But it also could go the other way, people could associate the condition of that car to the level of products Dan represents. If people didn’t know the history it’s an east assumption to make. That’s not to say that Dan taking this car is a bad idea, heck it’s probably a really good idea for content. And I could see sponsors chipping in for repairs and this car having an ice diy segment for the channel along with the plenty of driving content this car is likely to have with it. But if I were a betting man I bet it doesn’t hang around long and it will be for sale. It’s tying up a chunk of cash they could be using for inventory. If the price is right and I have the discretionary income I might be interested, as crazy as it sounds even to myself.

Not sure it makes a lot of sense to bring this car up to the level most Ferrari owners want, because most Ferrari owners wouldn’t want it due to accident history, high miles, modifications, and price it would have. And even then you likely will sit on it for a long long time and lose money. This is a car for a car enthusiast who plans to keep it, at least for a long while, and can either do a lot of the work themselves or want to do it over a prolonged time period while enjoying the car. I suspect the cars life on this channel will be mostly a visual aid showing many facets this car has to offer such as poor repairs after the accident, actual weather on a high mileage example, what seriously deferred maintenance causes and can cost ect. Sure they likely will do some work to it but I’d be surprised if they make a serious commitment financially to bring it up to the level they are accustomed to. Any premium this car has money wise will be directly linked to RU-vid fame and less to do with the condition of the car.

Well considering Dan and Hoovie are only similar in the fact that they love cars and have car related RU-vid channels, I can’t see how it will be regurgitated content. If anything we will see more in the way of cosmetic and mechanical issues the car has and determine if it’s age, the accident, the repairs or a combination of any of the above. I like hoovie a channel, and I like dans channel. Both for the different content they provide on a subject I enjoy.

I have about 25 times now.

Also you wouldn't have such a clickbait style thumbnail. Dropping Hoovies name and trying to sensationalize the title. I don't know how you couldn't see Tyler's eyes rolling everytime you tried to tear apart the interior. It was uncomfortable as a viewer to watch. But that's my opinion like I said. But you can't try to change my mind by telling me it's obvious that you don't care about likes and subs. When I had already given you my opinion on my original comment. You probably should have said, everyone's entitled to their own opinion and thanked me for taking the time for checking out the channel and giving feedback. It helps the channel grow.
