I recently went 39 days of no alcohol after 20+ years of heavy drinking. A few days ago I thought “I can have a drink”. I binged non-stop for three days, had so much anxiety I switched my phone off, didn’t go to work, almost lost my job and had panic attacks and insomnia. Are withdrawal symptoms much worse after longer periods of sobriety?
The longer you do something everyday the worse it’s going to be You need to get sick and throw up every day for 3 months and three Trust me you won’t ever drink again , it hurts ur stomach why would you wana have ur stomach in knots ?? Smoke a joint
