Been at Tribe since 2020. They have changes in office just as other companies do. Some move onto better pay, and/or advancing their careers into higher positions. I've seen a few changes. But I stay out of the office politics and do my job, to the best of my abilities. Do your job, minimize mistakes, etc, and you'll do better. Hell, I just heard that Tribe was/is being bought out. Lol. It's silly to think such asinine shit. The Tribe going bankrupt is hilarious because they haven't lost accounts, contracts, etc. They're actually adding accounts/contracts. Some people talk trash, because they can't see the big picture. They only know their own perspectives, which is pretty narrow and shallow. Anyway. I don't see any problems with the internal changes. As long as the new crews get on top of things, manage well, Tribe will only be a better family.

Great question, for new york stuff it's optional and if you take it they pay you $100 more on top of miles. However most if not all the places we go to are super easy and not in no burrows
