The defendant totally wrecked the place on her way out. No way someone with that little self control in a courtroom was a quiet little mouse while leaving.
The Plaintiff should have sued for August instead of trying to get the "Defendant's share" of the money the brother paid. It sounds like she would have been awarded more that way. If someone has a poor attitude in Court, I can just imagine what a nightmare they would be as a friend.
Think a lot of people forget that the defendant was a dancer. The guy 100% said he would take care of her. No dancer is leaving their job to go somewhere with no set up without a guy telling them he’s got it sorted. Especially with the amount dancers make. Defendants attitude stank but she was definitely truthful with a fair amount. Plaintiff trying to get a double payday after already receiving the full rent… she lost credibility. They’re both too immature.
Actually, it was in writing that she would pull her rent. She actually wasn't even invited to stay with me. I told her she shouldn't leave her job and she bought a ticket anyway. I would never throw anyone on the street but trust looking back, my kindness was taken for granted.
I didn't receive full rent. Made a comment on this above. Feel free to read. I came out of pocket. The judges blatantly ignored other pieces of evidence for TV appeal 😂
Agreed, they always come after the women in these situations. I wouldn't care if she agreed or not my family member is responsible for whoever they bring to my house period
The judges and the Def blatantly ignored evidence where she stated she owed the full $4K. They had separate contracts. If your ex didn't pay his half, should you be liable for it? I'm sure you'd say no.
Read comment above. I answered this. Tbh I didn't even want to go on this show but it was the only way her and I could get my money back. She actually apologized to me and admitted she was wrong. She had no real money to go to court so this was our solution. Don't believe the theatrics haha a lot of the episode was cut out.
No I could only prove several months unpaid bc they ignored the fact that she ran away on the last 3 months. Otherwise, I can't tell who paid what for the other 5 so I didn't claim it. They assumed that the $2k paid was full rent but it was to cover another debt charge my brother had. I came out of pocket those 3mp because she bailed on rent.
On the case where the man buys a woman a sofa in hopes to be her boyfriend, the court has no business getting between the affairs of people!. That older man took his own risk of trying to be with a younger person. He mentioned that they dated for a while. It was his responsibility to judge the relationship for himself before he started to buying things. If the courts can do this, they are responsible also to go to every CASINO; with the lure of making people rich, and force them to give back ALL OF THE SENIOR'S AND VETERAN'S MONEY!!! What a nasty scheme to infringe upon our rights!
She was worst. No shade to her bc it's all water under the bridge now but she lied left and right and had no evidence compared to the evidence I brought that was cut out of the episode. TV court man 😅
The Defendant do got an attitude problem with the judges, but the Judges don't go by attitude they go by evidence, I agree that the case should not be dismissed with prejudice so that is out of the way, but it could've either been dismissed without prejudice and wait for the Defendant's brother or the Plaintiff would've gotten a judgment for half of the money & the other would be dismissed without prejudice and the other choice which the 3 judges rule on that one I lean toward a disagree on the Plaintiff getting the money for the rent, but I agree that the judges part that didn't add punitive damages make sense. But in my opinion even though the Defendant had an attitude by the judges, I would've lean that the Plaintiff should've got half of the money for the rent and the other half should be dismissed without prejudice because the Defendant's Brother owe the other half.
Read comment above. They cut this episode where I show them proof of written contracts saying herself she owed me. My brother was supposed to go to show proof he wasn't paid but got called into work.
