Yeah you're right, and he always talks about how bad the brand is doing and how they are in a lot of trouble, then proceeds to make an offer. Even if the offer is reasonable people don't usually take it because he doesn't seem as passionate about their business

With 3% equity good luck getting Lori to market this product. She's acting like a bank. She will get all her money back no matter what happens to the business plus 25 cents per unit for ever. It's a leach-y deal. Mark asked for 25% because he wants to scale up the business.

I'd argue that cats do need this. Many cats don't react to catnip at all. Mine ignores the stuff. You're also just eliciting a pheromonal response which while may be euphoric to some cats isn't really the same as feeding them something tasty that they'll enjoy.

I assure you, a dog that is _not_ dying of their chronic kidney disease (for instance) is much, much more playful and happy and enjoying much greater quality of life than a dog that is. It doesn't take much time around them to see these differences. Your values are great, it's awesome that you're concerned for the quality of life of pets. But your assumptions are totally misplaced and don't align with the overwhelming amount of factual evidence out there.

Dogs can safely go days without eating food. For dogs that live in seasonal hot / cold climates, they instinctually cut back on consumption during hot months, because burning calories creates heat within their bodies. I have a malamute, the breed is thousands of years old. I don't picture dogs calling up Domino's for dinner? They want things that emulate warm freshly hunted bloody flesh. Not kibbles Your leftover olive oil, bacon grease, peas, green beans, carrots, chicken or beef bouillon, dinner scraps that are safe for your dog simmered in water a few minutes dumped on their basic dry food. If you have to start getting into designer's foods for your dog? That's not a picky eater - that's a human being trying to turn a dog into a human being. Be careful - there's an awful lot of additives, preservatives, food fresheners that they don't have to list under the ingredients. Do you know by domesticating dogs we're actually shortening their lifespans?

yeah - dogs are instinctually self- regulating. When they're hungry, they'll eat. Dogs that live in seasonal climates cut way back on their consumption when the weather turns hot. Burning calories creates heat within their bodies.. they often only eat after sunset. Yet dogs are domesticated and programed for human convenience now - much like the Pavlovian Bell. it's water that they need daily. Dogs can go a week without eating food before it really begins to affect them beyond their bowel movements. But they'll hunt & scavenge before waiting a week. Yet they can't go long without water. I'm sure there's some $13.95 per gallon designer Pizza flavored water for dogs that'll show up on next Shark tank episode 🙄

My husky Malamute doesn't eat "Milkbones" nor "doggie treats" Folks have spent hundreds of dollars trying to buy him processed treats the past 5 years - nope. Maybe a boiled egg. He wants warm flesh. Freezer clean-outs from hunting & fishing. Alaskan salmon! Chews on sticks to brush & floss his teeth. And you're right, if we let our dogs train us, that's what they want. No choice with the malamute breed part of the beast. If you don't provide that warm flesh food, they'll hunt it! And with both the Husky & Malamute escape-artist breeds, either they train you - - or they leave!

@@MA-fd6so I live in a country where minimum wage is under $500, believe I know about struggles but at the same time.. if I knew I couldn't take care of my dog (whom I adore) I would look for a good family that could take care of him how he deserves. That's just the majority of dog owners who will pay for a product like this.
