I think there is a mistake on the 4th step. To go from 12 to 24 you have to make an augmentation on every stitch. Not 2 sc and then 1 aug only or you end up with 16 sc

Does the 2sc in round 11 mean two single crochet in one stitch or 2 single crochets in 2 stitches? Also the 7sc

I’m having a problem with row 5 for the body. When it says 3 inc does that mean 3 sc sts in 1 st, or inc in the next 3 sts. Thank you. Love the puppy.
