Walter is the most accomplished and prolific musical composers of our time, but this seems to be his most wrenching and melodic piece portraying a suffering genius most unappreciated amongst his contemporaries (let alone any layman within the capacity to grasp such a comprehension of the current human condition) crying out to a world he longs to define. I had the pleasure of meeting Walter for cognac and prosciutto on the banks of Secseleé last November of 2019 and may I tell you I have never been in the presence of such pure inspired brilliance in all my days on this earth.
