Dog Meets Kitten for the FIRST TIME // Percy the Papillon Dog 

My Papillon was raised by 4 older large kitties. And they all sleep together.

Paps are so fearless because they are THE masters of agility.

Apollo is cute. I'm glad Percy and Apollo became friends.

Reminds me when my Papillon ‘Doc Holliday’ turned 1 & got him a 9 week old tuxedo kitten. It has been a 2 year whirlwind romance. They eat, sleep together. Doc grooms his cat port to starboard, aft to stern. Clean as a whistle! They are inseparable 24/7.

Our papi, Reuben, is the same way with Kiwi, our kitten. Basically we have two Tasmanian Devils running around the house. Our oldest papi, Gizmo, tries to control them but he’s given up on that.

This really made my day!!!😂 Made me laugh so hard!!! Percy wanted to play but couldn't figure what the kitten was & how come it didn't bark. If this really is his new friend please send more videos of them together. They might end up taking naps together. I still will love this little papillon!!! My older Miniture Fox Terrier was exactly the same way the first time she met a cat. Usually she was such a calm and non-playful dog, but the moment she saw the cat she went into a "I WANNA PLAY" puppy mode. Such a sweet video. Thanks! :)

I have a Pomeranian and he acts the same way around cats... he gets excited and lunges at the cat trying to get the cat to play.... my sons girlfriend has 4 cats and she’s brought over 2 of them one at a time... and neither liked Nugget... One was 9 yo and the other 2 yo... the 2yo is very confident and struts around our house... but both dislike Nugget... the cats hiss or growl or swats my dog Nugget... but Nugget just wants to play! He doesn’t understand why the kittys are mean... so he’s very interested in the cat and keeps coming back for more..l we were afraid of the cats’ claws so close to Nuggets face.., My son wished that Nugget would just calm down... but he kept doing what your Papillon was doing... Now my daughter has a cat that she brings with her for the weekend when they visit.. Nugget and Simon were puppy and kitten together... and Simon has always liked Nugget.. He lets Nugget follow him around the house... that’s how they play... and Nugget is very happy... he only sees Simon once or twice a year..,. Sometimes I wish Nugget could chill out a bit around cats...He really freaks them out..lol..
