This is a video review of Starmark's Bob-a-Lot treat dispenser. No batteries required! It utilizes buoy mechanics to bob the toy around, causing treats to fall out as it rocks back and forth. Pet's learn to use their muzzle/paws to manipulate this gadget and dispense food!

I was looking for something to keep my dog engaged for a longer period of time - she would be able to empty this is less than a minute!

This toy was great until I cleaned it after only a few times and it became mildewy/moldy. The purple base can trap a lot of water with no way to access it. Even leaving it upside down to dry does not get it completely dry.

Super good point! I think these are dish dryer safe and heating option in the wash would be really beneficial. But you're right, it gets GROSS QUICKLY

@@dratveterinarychannel9727 I put it in the dishwasher many times but water would still get stuck in the purple base and even after taking it out of the drying cycle, I could shake it and hear water sloshing in there. If you could unscrew the base to get in and clean it, it would be better. But unfortunately, I had to throw this toy away after a few months because I was worried my dogs might ingest mold/bacteria. It smelled awful!

This is a tricky one to clean! I would definitely avoid any soft treats to prevent any sticking to the inside of the container. That being said, there is no perfect way to clean aside from thoroughly rinsing it via the openings, and then letting it dry.

Since my pet is an extremely fast eater, I've noticed at times that she would become quite nauseous, so I got her one of those maze bowls that have patterns in them. You can just type in "puzzle dog bowl" and you'll get a bunch of hits. If you live near a Home Goods store, they always sell them there for $10 or less. These bowls delayed my dog's feeding time from 5 seconds to more like 2 minutes
