Dog waits 5 Days for Owner to Come Back After Surgery 

Bom has better sense of humanity than a human being at times.

I'm heartbroken that little Bom felt so bad and wouldn't est or fo anything, but I can't help marveling at the loyalty and devotion that dogs possess. Talk about a true friend . God bless dogs. I hope dad recuperates quickly! Much love.

The thing is, dogs know something isn't right and notice when one of their "herd" leaves and they do miss you. Te best thing about dogs is that after you come back for 5 minutes, they will be all over you like a rash. This is the same with Scruffy whenever I leave the house as he will watch the house. About the video calls, they just don't understand, do they? Plus, she is a Daddy's girl!

Feel so bad for Bom. I had a small poodle that was like that.. She was very upset when I was in hospital.

Bom is so white and fluffy she looks like a snow dog. I bet she is soft. You keep her combed so nicely. She is lovely. Dogs really do get upset when we leave them; they are pack animals and do not understand why everyone in the house (pack) can't go everywhere together. :)

Basically I'm a proud Aunty of 5 doggos, 4 male and 1 golden female. There was time I lived with them for few months until one day I went back to my parents house, my brother told me that our golden girl was very sad didn't want to eat since and send her pictures when she came to my room sniffed my bed and stared at it. She's the only 1 who always like that, we're treating her as the only daughter at my brother's house even my Father who didn't like doggos and never touched doggo before, obviously happy everytime sees and touches her now when we visit my brother's house

Awwwwwww, he is beyond precious, lol!!! Bom made me smile, it's been a while, I just lost my yorkie a few months ago, and just last week our pit that we rescued a year and a half ago in mid playing and running just dropped dead on us so it's been awful. Thanks so much for posting this adorable little guy, made me smile again!!! Sorry for rambling on about my stuff guys!!! My Bischon did that while I was in hospital for a operation in 2018. And he kept whining at the door and my daughter said he would not settle at all. Whilst I was in hospital my daughter did a video call and when he heard my voice he went start to the door and sat there thinking I was outside ready to come in.i love my little boy Bischon he is adorable and always follows me everywhere I go and he even sleeps on my bed right next to me. They are so adorable my Casper is my my best furry animal. Love him so much.

When me and my family went on vacation one time my bichon was searching our house day and night. He was so scared. When we came back home he never left our sight. Every time my mom went to the bathroom he followed her 😂

Our dog Fritz looks exactly like Bom. He was my wife’s dog. She had a large closet/ dressing room/ make up room, that Fritz would go with her while she got ready to go somewhere. The door had to be closed because the makeup table was right by it. So if he wasn’t quick enough, he’d have to wait by the door till she was ready. My wife suddenly passed away one day, and with all the company at the house, I closed the door to her closet. Fritz laid by that door every day for over a week waiting for her to come out. He would do things with me, but would always return to the closet door. I tried explaining, but I know he doesn’t understand. It was just breaking my heart. One day I opened the door, all excited he jumped up and ran inside. He looked all around, but she’s not there. I as crying so hard, I just couldn’t help him. He just looked at me, dropped his tail, and slowly walked out. He never went to the door again.

@Bom & Bow the Bichons Ha...she's holding a grudge. It's hilarious to humans but she is really upset. She doesn't realize that he didn't abandon her until he showed back up. She believed the phone was a trick. We had a maltipoo that behaved the same way, and when he thought he might be abandoned he would hold a grudge for awhile and then make up with us. lol
