For me, watching bungo needs to be a straight shot. Every season I binge after the end, some animes i watch every week but bungo need to all the way. I tend to read the powers and kanjis and make sense of the actions and motivations. I am anime only too.

Lol true.they also cut the riceball scene and Kunikida snapping the soldier when he was about to shoot(this scene was very important).this arc is getting pretty rushed due to limited time and i fear this will continue in S5 as well.

Roshi spitting at the end though, not enough people are watching this show bruh it's so fucking underrated, the artstyle is one of my favourite in all of anime, the fight scenes are sick, the characters are great I think the only real reason is that people think it's just a pretty boy anime aimed at only women... And I mean yeah the dudes are good looking but so are the fight scenes 💀

Also imo the animation in this series always good! I think Bones puts a good amount of efforts adapting BSD. It’s sad that people sleep on it for reasons such as the plot is hard to understand, dark jokes everywhere, weird characters, not enough actions unlike the typical shounen/seinen anime etc

I mean, I like how the anime doesn't center in fights, it does have them, but is not the main focus like other anime. Still, BSD has a great story and inmaculate characters, so there's that

Bsd fights can really match up or better than many shounen too and has plenty content in manga and light novels (not to mention has fantastic smart ass characters like Dazai, Fyodor, Louisa, Ranpo) Weird thing is every characters looks good in anime even in Many shounen has plenty of pretty boys and BSD is really popular in japan so I feel like the problem also roots in streaming services not doing enough advertisements. The most Crunchyroll did was one post.

@Miyu I'm anime-only and the only thing said so far as I recall was that Chuuya gave up trying to solve the mystery and was just going around punching everyone in the novel. so you might be correct, but it hasn't been mentioned in the anime yet.🙂

This book is scary but this season is shaping up to be crazy! I’m happy Atsushi didn’t get turned into swiss cheese for the hundreth time because he can heal. Happy Kyouka was sent back because that kid is always eating weapon damage. I loved Kunikida’s polite car jacking. And great Chuuya saving the ADA again. Lol

Jōno’s ability is that his body can turn into particle. He can cluster the particle so he can’t take the impact like guns or physical attack Tetcho’s ability is his sword can change length and bend like in the graph

Even without his particle ability he would be fine if he took the hit.all the Hunting dogs are superhumans like Kenji due to modification (tho raged Kenji is on a different level) Teruko literally slapped away multiple armor piercing rounds and in the manga Juno shot at Fukuchi for the farting jokes and it only tickled him lol but this part was cut out.

I just recently pick up the show and I'm so glad I did! The show is getting better each season and I can proudly say this show is one of my favourites anime of all time now. I question why it is so underrated and people don't watch it, but they are sure missing really great stuff! If this is on cinema and I'm the only one watch it, I will still do it!

Bungo stray dogs is literally a world-building masterpiece! If I met the mangaka I'd ask them ...HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU THINK UP A CHARACTER LIKE FYODOR??!! Plus no two people have the exact same power ( EXCEPT that one time with Odasaku and the fallen war soldier) . The animation style is also unique✨️ I am at the edge of my seat in season 5!! there's anime i would recommend that's not looked at so much, before anyone would finish the question of anime they would recommend especially if they perhaps like the detective vibes from death note I will instantly say bungou stray dogs. for me PERSONALLY it is the greatest anime I have ever watched and I still stand by that statement 3 years later since I started the series.

as for the fifth member of the bloodhounds I'm sure it's dazai. fyodor would be on the nose too much and I feel as though he would be working like the president fukazawa in this warped reality. that's just my guess anyway. having dazai on their side is a really really big problem in all ways known.....

when they said that the fifth hunting dog was infiltrating another organization i thought back on all the characters we know so far that didn't get any kind of backstory or had their moment in the spotlight and the only one that came to mind was tachihara (band-aid dude) from the port mafia ... i'm 70% willing to put my money on him (the other possibility is that it's a character we don't know yet) anyways can't wait for the next episodes to see how off i was with that =)))
