Day 1 - Old Tbilisi Town, Peace bridge, cable car, Trinity church, Mother of Georgia statue, Clock tower and streets of old town. You can take a boat ride in Kura river and amazing balloon ride overlooking city.
Day 2 - take a tour to Mstkheta village, Chronicles of Georgia giant columns, Tbilisi reservoir for boat riding in lake. Then to Ananuri lake and fort. On the way to Gudauri you will find a lot of tours for rafting, it is a good experience with low price. From Ananuri to Gudauri city and then to finally Kazbegi mountain. It is ski resort and tourist come in winter to enjoy skiing.
Day 3 - Kakheti region near Azerbaijan is full of grapes and famous wine making region, full day trip till Sighnaghi village to see the old fort and wall overlooking Caucasian Mountains.
Day 4 - Uplistheke, Gori, Tsalka to view famous Diamond bridge and cave houses. Also you can go to Kutaisi for canyons.
Day 5 - Batumi city near Black Sea.
