Most of these "tutorials" say that they will show US how to dance, but they are showing us how well they can dance. Where are the step by step tutorials? Hard to come by. Tough to learn when you have to pause/rewind over and over or play super slo-mo if possible.
Janette Davis its called both, all irish dancing is not the same, traditionall irish dancing is mostly jumps, but irish step dancing is wha they did here now
@@liucijasadauskiene8755 awesome btw I don’t have any friends of my own and I know you guys have best buddies and special Olympics in Ireland as well. I personally heritage background I’m not Irish and neither is anyone in my family and I’ve never been to Ireland but I know how to play fiddle and a few Irish songs on violin and viola
I admit up front I don't really know a thing about this but it is fun to watch and these girls and their outfits are gorgeous. Personally I don't see any difference in the length of the red dress and the other two older girls. Why would she be disqualified? Is there a skirt limit in competition? Just askin. FYI the only thing I know of is when Riverdance emerged.
I must say that those are the most ridiculously short dresses I have ever seen on an "Irish" dancer, but then of course these are not Irish Girls but Americans with their own silly ideas of what an Irish dancer should dress like. Totally wrong as usual.
Maellie/Kyla L. There is no need for the dresses to be that short, that the girls have to "flash" their underwear when doing the kick-ups. I have seen dancers in Ireland where their dresses are far more modest and just above the knee, which in my `humble` opinion is quite sufficient.
