i believe the facial is cleaning alissons face from the inside out, so it’s going to get worse before it gets better. TRUST THE PROCESS. also if her skin still persists, she should definitely see a dermatologist to get a medicated topical cream because those would help her skin specifically.

Allison is getting pimples because during a facial, skin is well stimulated and much of what's below the surface is encouraged to come up and out. If extractions are not done well then pores and pimples may have left over debris that come to a head in the following days.

Tell alisson that she needs to wash her face after she works out! Because when you sweat that creates acne so use a gentle face wash after working out.
