Like at 14:18 he says: "So, let me tell ya what Andrew did here with his joke (how did he construct that joke)". So he basically was kind of mocking/trolling him and the same time making his own comedy by analyzing Andrews joke under the microscope. And that's where Andrew quickly interrupted it by comparing that guy with a face on his money, That was quick and smart. It's actually cool that even here, in a foreign condition he can make his own comedy no matter what. I'm from Moscow and my really jealous that I missed it.
