She has many live performances; some fully live, some mostly live with some backing tracks, and some that are fully pre-recorded. But if you wear good quality earbuds, you can usually hear the difference between her live vocals and the backing track. Often both are going at the same time. She doesn't lip sync for all performances. She doesn't sing fully live for all performances (which many others don't do either). What's your point? Still doesn't mean she can't sing.
