Ahhhhhhh, if you slow down 02:06 then you can see part of pish's story: Pish and a green guy were both trained by a grey stick, then pish left (for some unknown reason) then pish rushed back to see the grey stick being killed by his other student, the green stick.

In that last attack im guessing PISH CAME AT HIM SO FAST the momentum he carried with his sword was strong enough to collide with Kenjis attack without being blown back and thats when he went in the sky and dropped on him harder than my grades?

four years later, this animation is still cool as hell.

This is a fight that I come back to quite often. Probably one of my favorite stick fights ever

that flashback scene and the music in sync with the battle felt super homestucky was cool.

Pish's story; He and this green dude were trained by this old grey man, and Pish left for some reason, and while on his way he realized he forgot his sword, went back to get it, and saw the grey guy being killed by the green man. So now Pish hates duel wealders.

When you play defense and you get to 23 hp and then you start playing for real: Pish You non-stop spam combos: Kenji

I genuinely have no words. I want to make a joke, say something clever, give an in-depth review, but I cannot even begin to imagine where to start for any of them. I've seen this video more times than I can count, and each time, it just blows me away; English is not a diverse enough language to express precisely how much I love this video.

Some very clever choreography and transitions going on. I especially like the part where both figures are hopping towards yhe screen right around 1 minute and 40 seconds

This was fantastic. A big issue I have with a lot of the animations here on the Dojo is that they're all very same-y, two guys with barely defined powers kicking the crap out of each other, pulling out new abilities out of their asses as the fight goes on. I suppose there was a bit of that, but unlike most fights, this felt like there were rules to these two's abilities. At no point did I feel like anything could happen, there was a sense things were more grounded then that. You never want it to feel like your characters can literally do anything because it kills the tension of the story. Even if I wasn't privy to them, there were clearly rules and limits in place, which isn't a bad thing. Beyond that, your choreography was much more interesting, though it was still a big flashy, anime-esk, fight, there was a bit more care and thought put into the characters movement. The cinematography also made for a more interesting experience, the camera was fast, without feeling spurratic, and always gave a good view of the action, though maybe a few too many close ups. All in all, great work.
