He pours his mind, heart & soul out on the fretboard and he teaches us that, as musicians, we need to somehow find our own unique selves in that awesome instrument. And oh, thank you too, brother. He was always one of my favorite 'younger' guys in the 80's. [ Have since found out he is older than Ed (God bless his soul)]. He always had the sound and notes that could pull the feeling up from your gut; you the listener. I saw a video of them live from the 80's and his set had dummy 4x12 cabs in the back but old Marshall heads on the side. And he was still using a synchronized tremolo.

It's an Ibanez S470DXQM with a DiMarzio Tone Zone pickup in the bridge. Was going into a DV Mark Multiamp using a JCM 800 style patch. I don't know if the delay was from the Multiamp or a Lexicon MX200. I don't remember if I recorded DI or through a cab or both.
Oh man, I'm sorry you are going through that. I know that Chrchristian Muenzner from Necrophagist has a problem with his hand too. I have had some muscle and tendon problems but not debilitating. But when I take tome off I like to think about guitar and even imagine I am playing when I listen. Thank you for the wisdom. Hopefully I can become a happier person. Cool channel you have by the way.
Yeah! I just saw an interview with Lynch on that guy from Birminghams channel. Dude is almost 70. He is going on tour this year. I haven't seen him live but would love to catch a show maybe.
Great Job!!! I've been a lynch fan for 30yrs and your as close as they get. I to play this song a lot trying to find the exact between the dots sound George is notorious for. As you know his style and sound are not easy to duplicate . Could you show finger position on the chords from 33 seconds to the 45 second mark. I would sure appreciate it.
Why didn't you show the camera view for the outro solo stuff? Anyway, AWESOME cover! Lots of time and effort and you have some talent. It's hard (for many, including me) to sound so close to George. I realize this is an old video, but still... thanks!
It was the outro stuff so I didn't think any body would really care. It was a lot more to learn and would have made the video longer. I thought anyone doing this live would do there own stuff. I would add it but it's a whole lot more. would like to learn it though. Thanks for asking.
+Marko Salmela Thanks man. I see a lot of 'close' to to the real thing videos, but sometimes I just think something has to be made right. It may be on the edge of my ability, and take a long time to figure out if there are no tabs. It just has to be done. I might not sound the best, but I try to get as many notes right as I can.

Sounds like she says Just tonight I want too, or you. Then she says trust me. Then he says NO no I can't. It's a lot freakier sound when you listen to it than just let it pass by.
Nah. It's an Ibanez S470FM. The S stands for saber series because it has beveled edges like a sword. The FM stands for flamed maple. Not a bad guitar. It has a zero return trem that doesn't go out of tune when you use it. Always returns to exact spot and you can adjust the intonation without tuning the string down. Not as fun as a floating bridge but it's nice for what it does.
@@nathanielweber7843 I had a Dinky reverse sparkle blue and a flame maple SL3. I had something called a Charvett too. Jackson had a guitar called the Stealth that had a body like that.
