What else is helpful is researching small artist on RU-vid. How I find inspiration is through artist who usually have less than 100 subs, but are pushing the limits of music. Also be open to all genres, so you can expand your musical knowledge.
I have to disagree on making tracks fast and often to improve; It's okay to spend multiple days on a track if you want to get it just right, to find a particular sound that just rings true. I, myself, spend multiple days on a single track nowadays (trust me, I wish I was faster, I miss the times when I was faster, but I don't want to compromise my quality). Rest of the advice in the video is cool though.
I will say Dokuro never said he was "ok" with people stealing his tracks, hes actually a bit salty that so many people take them and claim them as their own with ZERO credit to the original author, Always list your sources and credit those who you use resources from.
