I see some comment making Dokutar as a 7 stars Operator so We just need its 2nd form named "Doctor The Evil Spirit Of Babel".I just made the traits😅 Traits: Commanding Officer When appointed as the squad lead, the other Operator will receive buff of 15%+ in Damage, Defense, and Resistance (20% if the operator from Rhodes Island) (30% if the operator from Babel) (I leave rest to comment below🎉❤)
I feel like pre-amnesia doctor isn't just commanding. He can probably be equal to most strong characters without having any powers and just using a gun and a sword.
well ya see, dokutah was originally from america (aka girls frontline) so it would make sense that he be packin heat literally, he has an entire HEAT parachute stabilized grenade in his pocket
