Dolce Gusto Mini Me repair/service. Water pump sounds but no water is dispensed 

i know which part you are referring to. I can't remember if I screwed it on to the max or not. Recently, in another video, I also opened the pump and applied the same way to see if I could fix the issue. It didn't work sadly but after letting the pump run a while, After removing the tank, I just dropped water to where the tank plugs into the machine. After a while the machine slowly took the water in and now my other machine is working. Air locked somewhere beyond the pump perhaps?

I opened the pump, checked everything and put it back in. It didn't change anything in terms of water volume or pressure. Still takes 50 seconds just for an espresso at 2nd bar. There were rusted parts inside the pump, maybe this is the cause? Also, the metal piece that is on the inner side of the electric part of the pump, is free and not glued. I didn't want to do anything to not damage it further. I assume it's either the pump and the issues I mentioned, or the control board not providing the correct power output.

probably need to check the board already. I have another which has similar issue with a burnt board
