That singer is just so good. What a band to play with. Those high notes are hair raising and pitch is right on. Great song. Some of the best Gacharic Spin with guest vocalist has done. Actually, they do everything fantastic. Love all the Doll$Boxx songs. Love all of Gacharic Spin songs. So great. So under rated. Oreo, please grow your hair back.😁
coming from someone who listens to this song constantly i can guarantee this is the studio version there isnt a single difference and not a hint of audience noises or venue echo
I have developed a new appreciation of this vid - even if the audio isnt live - after seeing the direction Cyntia's record company appear to be pushing them in. If only Aldious sounded as good as either of the two - they've definitely got the metal attitude on stage, but the sound is lightweight to my ears. Think Poison when you crave Insomnium :D
I suspect that those who believe this is 'live' have never been to a live gig, although I'd question whether the audience in this case paid to be there or were hired for the shoot. In any case, I find this a lot more enjoyable than the 'cutesy pie gal band goes death metal' original vid - I just want to see Doll$Boxx embrace something closer to what Cyntia seem to have become now, with a more focussed image and setlist. Apologies to Gacharic Spin fans, but I dont enjoy the experimental stuff as much as I enjoy seeing genuinely talented female musicians bring everything they've got to the stage : purely one person's opinion. FWIW, Aldous and their ilk do nothing for me, but then I was never a fan of Poison or Ratt either.
+Arthur Watts While I'd also love to see Doll$Boxx develop further (especially given how remarkably good they already are..."Dolls Apartment" is as good a debut as I've heard in ages), at this point I'd settle for the project not to be dead. Also with respect to Gacharic Spin (and Lightbringer), this project is just special, somehow. When their respective schedules permit once again, I'm really hoping for more Doll$Boxx.
+eatcarpet Japan has many all-female metal bands. Baby Metal might be the one who is the most popular, and don't get me wrong, I kinda like them, but just like the Op said, Baby Metal is dudes with 3 front women who sings and dance. If you like this, you might wanna check out Destrose, Mary's Blood, Aldious, Cyntia.
well im a big babymetal fan and you are totally true, its a commercial band, with good and average music, BUT BUT, the thing you dont know is how amazing a live unchained the crowd, they have a fanclub army, and have probably one of the best live show of the planet, well at least kerrang award them of this title two years a row, i have two souvenirs of amazing lives... babymetal live......and bring me the horizon at reading....teenages army invade the pit !
+ZERO LINE well... live video but studio mix. You can tell ... no crowd noise and Fuki moves her mic away from her face.... and points at the audience and she's still singing. THis is also the same venue that Loud Twin Stars is filmed in so I think they must have more from there.... someplace.
it was nice to see her getting loosened up a bit. in the original dollbox she was so stiff probably because she never had to move in lightbringer. now she's lost the long blond hair and is pursuing a solo career so it wouldn't be the same and i don't think gacharic spin is looking for a leader singer anymore. the label keeps moving them in a more pop direction not metal.
